For vengeances
One of the girls in the school was holding a party for her boyfriend at his him. His home was rather big and his parents were away on a business trip so that meant the party could be as wild as they wanted it to be.
Within range of course.
Everyone in the year was at his home waiting for the couple to arrive so that he could be surprised.
Monty wasn't bothered though. He only cared about y/n. He wanted to find her so that he could hint to his feelings about her.
He liked y/n for quite some time now. She was quiet in the past and in all honesty he didn't notice her back then . However this year , he did, so did everyone. Puberty really did her justice in his eyes.
Unfortunately for Monty his crush was standing with Zach. Mr Nice guy. Zach has always been kind to y/n , even when she was a ghost in the classroom. One thing Monty didn't want her to think was that he was like the other guys , only wanting her because she gloed up.
In fairness, he did notice her because she glowed but it only brought attention to something beautiful and passionate in his opinion. He enjoyed the conversations they had in class and the food they sometimes share in the hallways. Would he be feeling so jealous if it were just a simple attraction?
To make matters a lot worse, Bryce went over. Monty was friends with Bryce but Bryce got everything. A click of the fingers and he gets any girl he wants. Monty didn't have much trouble with that either but this was the only girl Monty wanted. Bryce could have others.
She laughed. It made Monty's stomach flip with anxiety. Another guy making her laugh like that made him angry. The way her eyes shone when she laughed was something Monty wanted to witness. Something he wanted to experience.
Bryce left her and immediately went over to Monty as she continued to chat to Zach.
" You getting a little tense there?" Bryce laughed at Monty.
"You know I like her,man." Monty responded.
" I Know which is why we are going to solve this over Beer Pong to decide who gets to spend the time with her" Bryce suggested. Monty moved away to find where people were doing Beer Pong.
He just wanted to spend time with her.
The game was rather simple. To dumb it down all Monty had to do was try to shoot in all of Bryce and Zach's cups until they had none. And Monty had a game plan. He aimed to shoot into the same cup twice , this way it would be game over and Monty could spend time with y/n .
It was Zach and Bruce v just Monty so Monty had to play two people.
Zach started off, he threw a ball and it immediately landed in a cup. People cheered and Monty chugged it.He then shot his ball , it got into a cup far back and people cheered as Zach drank it.
Bryce's turn now, he threw the ball and it nearly got into the one Zach hit but it bounced off the side and into the next cup. Monty laughed nervously and took the drink.
This was the shot Monty wanted to win. He threw it with accuracy and it hit the cup he already shot in. People gasped and cheered at the realisation Monty won. Bryce mouthed 'fine' as he and Zach walked off to some other girls.
This was Monty's chance.
Y/n was alone. She sat by the pool playing with the water using her feet.
" Hey." Monty entered, sitting beside her in the pool, " Why are you alone?"
" I was waiting for you." She answered with a smile.
"You were expecting me?" Monty responded ,in the most shocked tone you could expect.
"Bryce said you liked me and he's been trying to get you over to talk to me. I assume you won the beer pong." She giggled and her eyes shone in that way he liked.
" Yes...I did." He was overwhelmed with Bryce's planning.
" Good ... Now you get to spend time with me and that makes me really happy!" Y/n grabbed his arm and giggled.
" I agree." He squeezed her hand and realised this was the best place he wanted to be.
