As soon as I reached the cafe, the smell of fresh coffee and cake hit my nostril. It was calming my nerves. I took a look around the small cafe. It was cozy and comfortable. Couples were talking with each other with hand in hand and enjoying the comfortable environment. I took a sit near window and ordered a latte for myself because Emily was yet to come. I was already freaking out; How am I going to explain Emily? I don't want her to be mad at me. I was enjoying my latte when cafe's door chimes signalling of someone arrival. That someone was Emily. She was in classy attire, attracting everyone's attention. Her eyes looks around and fell on me. She smile while making her way towards me. I stood up to give her a tight hug which she returns.

"Hey Girl!" Always the enthusiastic Em.

She has so much energy in her that sometime I feel tired.

"Hey Emily" returning her greet with same enthusiasm.

"So you wanted to tell me something. What was it?"

"First can we order a coffee for ourselves?" I really want to get over this topic but I can't feel myself starting it.

"Sure Rachel. But you are going to start talking like a parrot as soon as we order coffee." she said in a stern way.

My palms were sweating, I curled my hand in a fist under the table. We ordered ourselves coffee. Taking a sip of it. I took a deep breath.

"I am getting married" I blurted.

Emily was sipping he coffee when I blurted it, resulting her to choke. Patting her chest, she made herself stable and looked at me with wide eyes. I know I was shocked too.

"You are getting what?!" She yelled. Attracting the crowd to look at our table.

"I.Am.Getting.Married" I was slightly embarrassed but emphasized on each word while I said.

Emily didn't even notice that she has gained the attention of crowd. Giving a embarrassed smile. I turned towards Em.

"With whom Rachel?" I didn't like her tone but I ignored it and replied

"Joseph Andersen" It was more like a question.

"WHAT?!" This was louder than the early one.

"Keep your voice down Emily. You are gaining everyone's attention" my voice was stern.

I hate attention!

Looking around the cafe and sensing everyone's eyes on her. A blush crept from neck and although way to her cheek. She was embarrassed. Muttering a "Sorry" she looked at me. Raising her eyebrow and wiggled it. That's what she does when she need answers. I have to face Emily's wrath now, hoping that everything goes well now.

God! Help me! I need you to save me from my best friend's wrath.
