Heidi's POV

I walked for 10 minutes, tears still rolling down my cheeks, until I reached a decaying farmhouse. Smiling a little I walked up and knocked on the door three times before waiting a minute and knocking seven times, my special knock, like Sheldon's from The Big Bang Theory.

I heard crashing from the other side of the door then the sound of three locks being unlocked. I grinned. There in front of me was my very own bad boy. Adam.

"H!! I haven't seen you since Saturday where have you-" He cut himself off after seeing my tear stained face. His face immediately turned brotherly and he hauled me into the house slamming the door shut.

"Guys, asses down here now!" Adam yelled.

"Why the fuck should we?!" I heard Robbie yell.

"Because I say so and Heidi is here and it's a family emergency!!" He yelled back.

I heard the thundering of feet rushing around on the top floor then thudding down the stairs.

They rounded the corner and came into view. As soon as they saw me, their faces turned worried and I was engulfed in a large group hug.

I was dragged to the living room and plonked down on the sofa.

"Spill H." Aiden gently said.

I gulped and recalled what happened at lunch, not missing the clenched fists and glares sent towards the fireplace. I swear, if the fire wasn't already lit it would be now!

"Fucking Bastard. Heidi please allow me to pubicly humiliate him and maul him!!" Robbie yelled outraged.

"H what do you want to do about it?" Adam asked gently.

"C-can I st-ay here f-f-for a bit?" I said quietly, not liking that I seemed weak.

The three of the nodded small smiles on their faces.

"I'll just call my gran then." I stated, walking out the room.

*****Wednesday*****

Wow, I haven't been to school since Monday lunch! Gran said I could stay off as long as I wanted, which the boys where overjoyed about.

I'm insisting on going in today, though under the conditions that I'll act normally around them and not ignore them as per usual. I agreed simply because the students faces, particularly Tom and Cindy's, faces would be priceless.

I got dressed in some black skinny jeans and a white tank with my running buddy on top.

I jumped on the back of Adams motorbike, not bothering with a helmet.

*********10 minutes later*********

The crowd intently stared at me and Adam, trying to see who I was.

I saw loads of boys check me out. Why? I have no idea, I'm wearing the same as usual. I even caught Tom checking me out, ugh, man whore.

I turned around and Adam wrapped his arm around me. I grinned and walked over to Robbie and Aiden. Meanwhile the whole school was still staring at me. I shrugged not bothered.

*****Lunch*****

You would not believe the amount of dirty comments and looks I've had from girls, Cindy mostly, and the amount of glances Tom has given me.

I leant on Robbies shoulder as we sat on the grass waiting for the rest to arrive.

Out the corner of my eye I saw Cindy approach, so did Robbie apparently because he stiffened wrapping a protective arm around me.

Cindy plopped herself down on his lap and started shamelessly flirting. I managed to hold in a laugh at Robbie's horrified expression.

You see, the thing is, Robbie's gay. Only me and he guys know but this situation is hilarious.

I burst out laughing at what he said next:

"Look tangerine-Cindy, sorry... well I'm not into you, I don't do slags and I think your boyfriend is a tad jealous.." He trailed of sending a frustrated glare at the retarded seal- oops, me, lying on the ground laughing silently.

Cindy stood up, aimed a glob of spit at me but failed and it dribbled down her face making me laugh even harder. She stormed off just as the guys arrived.

They immediately interrogated Robbie who was sat there looking furious why I was upset. I calmed myself down enough to turn around and then catching sight of Robbie again began to laugh so hard.

Whilst I was having my spaz attack, Robbie explained what happened and they joined me on the floor laughing at Robbie's disgruntled expression.

"Enough guys! that's like 5 mins!! And Heidi, if you didn't look so funny right now you'd be dead!!" This comment from him did nothing to calm my laughter, if anything it sped it up.

Someone's ringtone cut through the air, silencing our laughter.

I noticed it was my phone and glared at the boys. It was my gran and they had no doubt changed my ringtone.

I picked up.

"Hello?" a strange voice asked.

"Erm.. who is this?" I asked cautiously.

"Is this Heidi?"

"Yes who is speaking?"

"I'm Sergeant-" I cut them off.

"Sergeant? Is something wrong with my grandma? has she forgotten hey keys again?-"

I was cut off.

"Listen let me explain what happened..."

I listened intently to what he had to say.

"..So um.. how do I say this? She um... Was put into and induced coma to help her heal half an hour ago.."

I gasped dropping my phone and collapsed to the ground, she couldn't be taken.

Quickly picking my phone back up I listened to some medical shit coming out his mouth.

"..So you'll need skmewhere to stay, have you got it covered?"

"Yes, but she will wake up won't she?!" I asked desperately.

"I don't know miss. It's a 10% chance she doesn't so we hope so."

I nodded and hung up.
