Heidi's POV

I repeatedly punched the bag, making it swing disturbingly wide. I imagined it being Tom, ha take that you bastard! I growled in annoyance as my earphone fell out.

I really need some beats! I checked the time on my iPod and sighed. I'd been out for 5 hours training, I'm fairly sure I should drink something or I'll faint. I took my gloves off and walked to the vending machine, taking out my change and buying a bag of Doritos and a Water.

I turned around and was about to leave to the changing rooms when someone came through the doors. I looked up, shocked.

I sighed in annoyance. It was Toms gf.

"You realise he doesn't want you back don't you?!" She purred. I shuddered.

"Yep, I don't want him back, why would I want a dickhead back?" I asked confused.

"Shut up bitch you obviously do," I clenched my fists at that.

"I mean, first becoming 'friends' with them overnight is an obvious tactic! secondly, coming to the gym to get fit? not happening! I mean, you'll always be super weak and fat as-" I cut her off by smashing my fist into her face and knocking her out.

I groaned, I'm knocking out too many people lately. It's not good for me!! Argh!

Next Day (still Heidi's POV)

I pulled on my trainers and tied the laces tight. I called out to Adam and Robbie, Aiden was out, that I was off for a run and slammed the door.

I looked around and headed off to the right into a slightly darker part of the forest. I ran for half an hour before reaching a clearing.

I looked around and found the tree trunk. Slowly walking over I pulled on one of the branches.

It was a leaver to the underground room that was a safe house, me and the boys used it the night- the night they came for my mum and dad.

We put a memorial down here and I needed to add grans name to theirs.

I crawled through the space, putting the disguise back in place and clambering down the ladder.

Reaching the bottom I flicked on the lights. Smiling as I saw the tools the boys must of left out for me.

I walked over to the ancient stone door that kept the memorial safe and sound. Sighing I heaved it open and screamed. In it was Aiden, Knocked out and tied to a chair, crusty blood on his neck and I could see several deep gashes on his face. I checked his pulse and breathed, it was even.

I looked at his arm a gasped, on his arm, carved on his arm, were the words

'The payment or the rest of them will be worse'

It was carved on both of his arms and ran over the top of his chest, like a semicircle.

I quickly jumped into action, grabbing my knife and cutting the ropes, I then grabbed the emergency first aid kit I had installed down here and went to work with his cut, I left the less deep ones as I didn't have enough bandages or plasters for them. Hauling him up I put him over my shoulder and climbed out.

How did they find this?! How did they find him?! Why him?! What payment?!

SHIT! I remember, my dad said once he got really drunk and gambled. He owed a lot of money we didn't have so, since he was drunk, offered them me.

Oh crap. Their coming for me!

I called Adam, all the while getting even more hysterical, after 8 tense rings, he picked up and I just ordered him to come saying I would explain it all later and to bring Robbie. I heaved Aiden to the middle of the clearing and dropped him before being hit over the head with something hard.

I turned around angry and scared and screamed. It was him! The only one that could ever scare me!

He grinned a toothless grin, I had knocked them all out last time I saw him, and smirked.

"Miss me sugar cakes?!" He said. I shuddered and tried to escape. He brought the baseball bat down and-
