Part 5 ~Fall Festival~

I waited for Juan to come out of his room. currently he was getting dressed so that we could go out and socialize with the citizens. as soon as he exited his room, I dragged him outside,into the crisp air. it was fall and almost winter, so everyone was outside raking leaves, and jumping in the piles while they still can. there was also a festival going on. which is why I thought it was perfect for Juan to socialize with me.

as we walked through the huge line of booths, playing some games along the way, I spotted a familiar face that I didn't want to see. but he saw me. I turned my gaze somewhere else so he would get a hint. unfortunately; no. he imediately walked up to me and Juan. "(N/N)! great to see you! Juan." , "what do you want gumball?" I asked, stepping in front of Juan. gumball carries a weapon with him to compensate for his weak strength. but Juan doesn't have a weapon at all. "I just wanted to give you something (N/N)." he then pulled out a stuffed (F/A). he was trying to bribe me!? I was going to smack him in the face, until I felt someone hold my hand. "but I already got her a stuffed (F/A)." Juan said, pulling out a smaller stuffed (F/A). I took the small plush into my arms, turned to gumball, and said. "we must be leaving now, sir gumwad."

we were heading back to the castle, and by that time the sun had begun to set. "y'know Juan. people keep calling you a prince charming." I said, turning my head towards him. "but you more of a Knight in blue armour." I saw him grab his left arm, and look down a bit. "that's really nice of you. I used to be called the opposite." I patted Juan's head playfully. "and I don't know how."
