"One more week and we’re out of this hellhole for the summer!" I yelled, running up to Louis and pulling him into a hug.
Liam punched me in the arm, his other one wrapped firmly around his girlfriends waist. "You're going to miss school, admit it." He smirked, kissing Dani on the cheek. Public displays of affection was never my thing, but Lee and Dan pull it off quite well.
"No way, I'm going to be wasting my days away sleeping and my nights gaming with Lou, isn't that right Louis?" I wrapped my arm around his shoulders.
"Huh?" Louis lifted his head up. "Oh yeah, gaming. Yeah Haz." He looked completely confused about the topic we were discussing.
"Anything wrong, Lou?" I leaned towards Louis, whispering in his ear.
"No I'm fine, just stressed. I really need to get a good grade in science." He sighed, lifting his eighth edition textbook. We had a major test two days before school was out.
"Wanna come over tonight and I'll help you study, I'm maintaining a B plus average." I smiled at my best friend.
"Bragging about your average are you, Styles?" Louis smirked at me. With that smirk, I knew Louis was okay.
We all made our way towards our designated buses, heading home for the weekend. Till the last day of school, Louis had come over every day and we had worked on science and english together.

It was finally the last day of school, the last class of the school year. I sighed, looking out the window.
"Wanna go swimming after school?" Louis questioned quietly.
I looked over at him, "Sure man, should we invite Liam and Dani?" I hoped he would say no. Don't get me wrong, I love hanging out with them. But they always make me feel like a third wheel, or make me feel bad about not inviting Em.
"Nah," Louis probably noticed my shift in posture when he spoke. I nodded back and tried to pay attention to the teacher.
The last bell finally rang and everybody rushed out the door. "So, Lou. Should we burn these papers, or save them for next year?"
"Let's burn them." He turned towards me, his face sporting a scary grin.
"Never. Ever. Do that face, again." My eyes were wide, gaping at him.
He smirked and returned to putting all his school junk into his oversized backpack. "We should have a campfire! Then go camping in my backyard." Louis smiled at me, lugging his bag onto his back.
"Sounds good, we should plan out our summer when we go for a swim! Wanna meet at the lake in about thirty minutes? I need to drop all my books off at home and grab my swim trunks."
