Evie and Harold: got married, Evie became a famous singer/songwriter and they have 2 kids and they were named in the last chapter.
Zayn and Perrie: obviously married and have 3 kids named Julia, Kaylie, and Lina
Louis and El: married, 3 kids Alex and Aiden and Alli
Josh: married a girl named Lili and had 2 kids named Nik and Madeline, after Josh's nickname for Madelyn
