My First Love Experience

Chapter Three

     I woke up early today. It's only 5:46 AM. Kakasimula pa lang ng Salah dito.

     Salah is a word used for 'prayers' in Arabic--- Saudi Arabia's national language, widely used throughout the kingdom. Kapag marunong kang magsalita o magbasa ng Arabic, panalo ka na. Haha. Dejk. Kapag marunong ka, mas mapapadali ang buhay mo dito.

     I grabbed my phone which was beside my pillow on my bed.

     Checking my social media accounts--- Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Wattpad--- a message from Instagram popped up.

     "Ang aga pa ah.." At wala naman akong masyadong followers. I don't really post anything that is interesting for people to like or to even message me for it.

     Hindi pa naman siguro gising yung mga kaklase ko. Kakatulog pa lang ulit nung mga 'yun.

     I opened the message.

     It said, "Hi." from someone named Kenneth_jacob121. Another notification popped up and it's from him again.

     "Kenneth.."

     Parang pamilyar yung pangalan sa'kin..

     I visited his profile. He has 378 posts, 290 followers and 1,000 following. And, he seemed quite popular as well.

     I replied back, baka naman kasi isipin niya, snob ako. He might get the wrong idea.

"Hii."

Kenneth_jacob121 is typing..

"Hey. How are you?"

     Well, at least, he knows basic English spellings. Yung iba kasi na nakakachat ko, ang spelling nila para sa HOW ARE YOU ay literal na HOW R U. Shortcuts ang gamit, kumbaga.

"I'm fine, but bored. What about you?"

"I'm doing good, well, I guess.."

"You guess?"

"Been having continuous bad days, you could say.."

     I yawned. Inaantok pa 'ko e. Sino ba kasi 'tong KENNETH JACOB na 'to at ang aga aga, china-chat ako?

     Bahala na. Magpapaalam muna ako. Matutulog ulit ako, tapos pagka-gising ko na lang siya i-chat ulit.

"Aaaaaah.. alright. Well, anyways, it's still pretty early and my school starts at 7:30AM so imma just sleep again. I'll chat you again when I wake up, 'kay?"

"Oh, okay. I'll chat you later. I have something to tell you."

      Something to tell me? Ano kaya 'yun? Pero, familiar talaga siya sa'kin eh. Hindi ko lang matandaan kung saan ko siya nakita.

"Okay. Bye."

"Bye."

      Na-curious tuloy ako. :'<
