CAM POV....

I wake up to strong arms around me and I snuggle in closer it feels really good waking up like this I think to myself then I realize that I went to bed alone so I jump up and throw who ever it is off the bed before thinking. then I see that it's my mate he yelps and stands up with a frown on his face my wolf whines in my head because I hurted his mate I just rolled my eyes at him and then look at Adam standing in just his boxers in the middle of the room I blush and turn around to look the other way I look at him anything at me and he says you don't have to look away this is t all yours.

I snort at him and get up to use the bathroom I get up to pee and wash my hands then I begin to brush my teeth once im all done I walk out to find adam in my bed again laying down I send him a glare he has a hurt expression cross his face and he tries to hide it what are you doing here Adam he looks at me t and says I'm just sleeping with my mate and I counter him with yea that you kinda rejected. gee looks mad that I brought that up but it is true I can hear my wolf whine t and say

just forgive him you can see he is trying to do better

No I won't he basically rejected us

but he is sorry look in his eyes you can tell

well I'm sorry gee it's going to have to try harder than this to get me to forgive him and to even try this mate thing with him.

I hear Adam calling my name and can tell I zoned out for a while, while talking to my wolf. I look at him and say what with a irritated tone to it he just shakes his head and puts on his clothes and starts to walk out but before he did I called his name and he turned around with an angry look and I said look this is my only chance at a true life with happiness I'm not going to let your stupid mistake mess that up for me but I don't forgive you but I won't shun you or reject you but you will have to work for it if you want to be my mate. he smiles and me and walks out of the room I smile to myself and think this should be fun while getting ready for school.

As me and Alex walked into school I looked around the school and it had posters on the wall talking about the equinox dance I looked at Alex and he explained that it was a dance the school had every year around this time of the year I looked at him and said oh with a smirk on my face  until I seen Adam walking my way he walked in front of us and greeted me and Alex then he looked at me and bent down on one knee and said will you be my date to the dance.
