My Protector

Chapter 5

I wake up with the sun shining on my face. I open my eyes a little to at least see the things around me. I sit up in an instant and look around me and I don't remember where I am. I throw the covers off of me and I go to the door and start bagging on the door with my fists.

"Let me out of here now! Let me out!" Suddenly the door swing open and I fall forward onto the floor. I look up and see Hayden standing right in front of me. I probably look like a complete idiot right now, but oh well.

"Looks like your up and ready," he says with a smirk.

"Whatever."

"Go get dressed we have a lot to do. Oh, and don't forget to eat Isabelle will help you get something and she will show you where I will be," he says and then walks off. Who the heck is Isabelle? Oh! She must be that girl that was in the bedroom with me last night and then ran out without no explanation. I get up off the floor and I head to where the kitchen is like where the hell is that at? I see Isabelle and she is cooking something on the stove top and It smells really good.

I walk over to where she is standing stirring the food. "Hey, what are you making?"

"Oh, nothing. What did Hayden say by any chance?" She asks.

"All he said was that he wanted me to eat and after I eat he wants me to go where they are right now. I have no clue where they are at, but he probably told me but I probably wasn't listening."

"Ok, he told me to show you where they are at so I will show you , but you need to sit down and eat."

I sit down at the small wooden table and I wait for her to serve me the food. While I am sitting here I hear someone yelling and cussing. I look out the window and I see Hayden throwing things around and cussing like a maniac. He pushes one of his men and he falls onto the ground. He turns his head and locks eyes with mine. He is staring at me like he is going to kill me at this instant. He turns back around and storms off in the other way disappearing behind the bushes.

Isabelle puts the bowl down and runs out the door and outside to where the other people are. I walk up to the window and I see her and one of the guys talking and then I see her face freeze in horror. She runs back in the direction of the little building and then she storms through the door.

"Get your stuff and follow me quick now!" she yells in a panicked voice.

"What wrong?"

"Don't ask any questions we need to leave now! Go, go, go! Get your things and hurry!"

I do exactly what she says and I get my things and I follow her. I see the van that they brought me in last night. What is going on? Where are we going? What is going to happen? All these things are going through my mind at once.
