E X T R A samuel Larson doesn't know who Peter Parker is, and is constantly mean and bitchy to him. you can turn this into a love story, but be aware that characters can't change quickly. she changes throughout the story, slowly, and as she's doing this, her condition may get worse.
maybe you could add that she has an enlarged heart and needs a heart transplant , like Kara souders on red and society.
