"Come one Chloe, you have to get out of bed eventually. It's been a month." Amy said. "I hate seeing the happiest Bella all mopey and depressed."

"I doubt you've ever been dumped out of the blue." I mumbled.

"I understand you're upset, but did you really think it was all going to work out? Did you seriously see a future between you guys?" She asked.

"Yes. I saw us living in a cute little cottage and we had two little girls. It was perfect." I said.

"Wow Red. We're in deeper than I thought." Amy said.

"It feels like a part of me was just ripped off." I said. "At first it was numb and now all I feel is pain."

"Maybe Beca was just in a bad mood." Amy said.

"She would've apologized by now. It's happened before." I said.

"I can't help you there, Chlo." Amy said. "But you need to eat something."

"I'm not hungry." I lied. I didn't deserve food.

"You're going to eat a bowl of Fat Amy's famous soup and you're going to like it." Amy said.

"Lipton Noodle?" I asked.

"You bet!" She said as she left my room.

"Wait Amy!" I yelled to her. "Can you get me some whiskey?"

"Red, it's eleven o'clock." Amy said.

"So?" I replied.

"I'm not going to get you drunk at eleven in the morning! I may be Fat Amy, but I'm not stupid."

"Please."

"Absolutely not. Pull yourself together."

"Fine."

----

"We're going out." Amy said later that night.

"What?" I asked.

"We're going to the bar." She said. "We'll get you that whiskey you wanted this morning."

I put on a black dress and a jacket. Time to get a date.

We walked into the bar like we owned the place. I ordered my usual drink and sat down in a booth, waiting for my prey.

I watched Beca walk in, arm linked with Jesse. She had moved on and she looked happier.

I finished my drink quickly and everything became a blur.

I woke up the next morning with a tattooed arm around my naked body.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Bill." He said.

"Get out of my house!" I said, then I realized we weren't at the Bella house. We were in a motel that wreaked of dirty socks. "I have to go."

"Don't leave." He said.

"I'm sorry. I was really drunk and I just-I'm sorry. I don't even like guys." I said and I got dressed. "I'm sure you're a great guy and deserve much better than me."

"You're so hot." He said, drooling over me.

"Bye Bill." I said and left the motel. I had no idea where I was. I hid on the other side of the building in case Bill was watching me and called Amy.

"Heyo, it's Fat Amy. Leave a message and I'll definitely call you back." Her voicemail said. She must've still been asleep.

I just started walking. I didn't know where I was going, but anywhere to avoid life would've been ideal.

"Hey Ginger. Need a ride?" Aubrey asked from her convertible. I had never been happier to see her.

"Yes Aubrey. Thank you so much! You're a lifesaver." I said to her as I got in the car.

"What happened to you?" Aubrey asked, noticing my puffy eyes.

"Beca dumped me." I sighed.

"Oh my gosh! You guys were meant to be!" Aubrey said.

"Everyone else said it's just a college relationship and nothing ever comes out of those." I sighed again.

"I could see you two together forever! I could see you and Beca with two little girls living in a cute cottage." Aubrey smiled.

"That's exactly what I saw." I said. "Beca thought differently."

"She'll come back around, you'll see." Aubrey said.

"What are you doing in town?"

"Coming to save the day! Amy said you got really drunk and left with a guy last night. I figured you'd be wandering around town."

"You're the best, Aubrey." I hugged her when we pulled up the driveway. "Thank you."

I tiptoed into the house and looked around. It was empty. I went upstairs and passed by Amy and Beca's room. Amy was fast asleep but Beca wasn't there. Where was Beca?

A few minutes later I heard the door swing open and slam shut.

"Thanks for dropping me of, Baby." I heard Beca say. It broke my heart. How could she just move on like that? Like I meant nothing to her.

Beca started laughing. "Jesse! Not now!" She laughed. "Screw it they're all sleeping."

I crept down the stairs and saw Beca laying on the couch while Jesse opened his wallet. She started taking off her clothes and I looked at her face. She was smiling wider than she ever had with me. She watched him with the happiest eyes while he smiled twice as wide. I couldn't take it. I went into her room and sat on her bed. I looked around at all of her things. My picture was nowhere to be found. There was one of her and Jesse kissing that night at the ICCAs. She said that had meant nothing to her, but the look on her face said something else. She looked so happy. I had never made her that happy and maybe I never could.
