In his first morning, Moonbeam woke up and found himself in a safe place: the barnyard. An elder horse, Molly, was sitting near by him as if she was his mom. The witch left a bucket of milk in the barnyard that morning and Moonbeam approached it, without knowing what it was. Molly showed him how to drink milk and Moonbeam learned. Because he was a new-born, he was sleeping a lot.

His bed was the wheat, which turned out to be enough fluffy for Moonbeam, and preety comfortable. As time passed, Molly was watching him, they were as approached as a mum to his son, this thing leads me to the conclusion that Molly is his adoptive mother.

That evening, little Moonbeam lifted upon his feet for the first time and Molly helped him. As time passed, Moonbeam evolved as any other horse, having fun in the barnyard.

Next week, the witch made a fence, by magic, so Moonbeam could play outside. The doors of the barnyard were wide opened, and Moonbeam felt the sun on his skin for the second time. As he saw the forest over that fence, he thought the fence keeps him away from dangers and he couldn't imagine how life is over that fence.
