(Back with Draco. This is back to chapter 10, when Hermione left him in the Reflective Room)
Draco
She had left. Just like that. She left.
I stood there for what felt like a day, not comprehending what had happened. Hermione Granger had
left me, cold, alone, and broken.
She's gone Draco. Get over it. It's time we focus on the task ahead of us.
I felt myself get back into my cold, hard state and realized what was important.
I had to deliver Voldemort's plan.
I packed up the little bit of my stuff and took one last look at the room in which my dreams came true and crumbled.
I looked at the Mirror of Erised and climbed out the same window Hermione went through. I landed on the ground and saw I wasn't too far from the Slytherin Common Room. I walked as fast as I could, feeling the wind blow past me. It had been a really long time since I had been outside.
I sprinted down the halls and corridors and got to our common room.
I muttered the password, Amortentia. I never understood why that was the password. It was weird and kinda disturbing. I strode inside and headed into my dorm. When I walked in, I saw complete stranger sitting on the bed next to mine that was never occupied.
My first instinct was to take out my wand and threaten him. And that was what I did. I took out my wand and held it against his throat,"Who are you?" I growled. He took the tip of my wand in his fingers and moved his head back and away from it and said,"I'm Griffin Quinn. You can call me Griff. I'm your new roommate."
"Griffin is an unusual name for a Slytherin." I scoffed.
"Yeah, I know. My family comes from a line of mixed houses m. Some were Griffindors, some Slytherins. My parents don't care which house I go into as long as I behave and make them proud."
"That's very strange for a Slytherin. Why did the hat out you here?"
"Oh, um it said something about green suiting me. Blah blah blah. I don't really pay attention. The reason I'm here is because I kinda got in a fight at my last school, Odeon. Not very famous."
"Ah, there is the Slytherin quality. I guess you and I might get along after all."
Blaise walked into the dorm and grumbled,"Where the heck were you yesterday? I had to sit next to ugh Linda Heathers. She was the only smart person I could cheat off of." He laid down a few books,"These are yours. Instructions are in em."
He turned and sat next to Griff,"I see you've met Griff. Well, um Griff? How bout you and Draco talk a bit more while I go attend a -um meeting with someone. See ya!" He practically ran out the door.
"DRAAAAACOO!!!! YOURE BACK!!" None other than Pansy came and gave me a slobbery kiss on the cheek.
"I MISSED YOU SOO MUCH!!!"
"As did I Pansy. Pansy I need to tell you something." I said slowly and stood ups and faked an innocent, and depressed look. "Look Pansy, I'm sorry. I can't do this anymore."
"What?"
"Pansy. I'm really sorry, but we have to. break up."
"Okay. I'll go after Griff then" she said calmly.
"WHAT?!" Both me and Griff simultaneously screamed.
"Yeah. Bye Draco. See you around Griff." She winked giving a flirtatious grin.
"What did you do to me, Draco? You idiot! I hated her the moment I saw her!!"
"Well, you'll get used to it. Besides if you didn't want girls chasing you, then why do you have a face like that." I said pointing at his face.
"You know what? Whatever" he sighed in defeat.
I chuckled. Griff wasn't half as bad as I thought.
