Y/N's POV

The start of spring always meant something for me. Maintaining a three year relationship is really hard. My boyfriend,Jungkook has been my boyfriend for three years now. Tomorrow is the day we will celebrate our 3rd anniversary. It's quite unbelievable to think that our relationship would last this long. Of course there were some rough patches here and there but those things just strengthened our relationship. However, things these days haven't been well. I don't know if it's me being over sensitive but I can feel that he's hiding something from me. He goes home late at night saying he went out with his friends. He goes to work earlier saying he has a lot of work to do. He gets up from bed every night saying his stomach aches despite him not going to the comfort room. I always hear him talking to someone on the phone while i take a shower.

I don't really want to think about it anymore.
The thing is I have Leukemia and it reached its peek last week, according to the doctor I would have at least one week to live he said that I can use as much energy as I can however it would lessen the days I'll live. I wanted to spend my last days with my boyfriend Jungkook and my best friend Minhyuk. I recently asked Jungkook if we can go on a date tomorrow and he agreed. I was so happy. The only people who knows about my condition are my family and my best friend.Jungkook has no idea about it and I hope he won't know.

Jungkook's POV
I have been dating Y/N for 3 years now. During the middle of our second year we argued a lot. And when I say a lot I mean it. We had days where in we'd shut the other out. I've always been irritated of that attitude of hers. Getting mad at me,locking herself in, crying them ignoring me the day after. It became irritating to the point that 4 months before our third year anniversary i found Mina. I got drunk one night and that's when I met her. I thought she would just be a one night fling but she was better. She was fun, caring and everything Y/N never was. Tomorrow is our 4th monthsary and she asked me if we can go to a date. I accepted her invitation and set the time at 9:00  in the evening. I plan to bring Y/N home and bring Mina to a fancy hotel.

The next day

Y/N's POV

I woke up earlier than usual to prepare a special breakfast for Jungkook. I tried to keep it simple and cooked bacon and eggs for the two of us. I went to our room and jumped and jumped on Jungkook's body covered in blankets. "Kookie, wake up and eat breakfast"
He groaned and scrunched his nose. I giggled and poked it. " Today's an important day, it's out third anniversary!" He smiled and kissed my forehead. "Happy third anniversary Y/N"
We ate our breakfast laughing at the weirdest things. After we finished we quickly dressed up for our date and immediately went to the amusement park.

Timeskip 8:00pm

We rode different rides throughout the day. From roller coasters, and rides that got us wet. Before the fireworks display started we went to the ferris wheel and talked

"Jagi did you have fun today" Jungkook asked looking into my eyes. His eyes were filled with emotions I couldn't decipher "I really did thank you Jungkook" I replied happily. We were quiet for a few moments enjoying the silence and each other's presence. " Jagi, no matter what happens remember that I love you" "of course same with you okay." I replied. He started leaning in and so did I. We  kissed passionately ay the highest point of the Ferris wheel as the fireworks emerged in the sky.

reader's POV

They went home hand in hand, talking about their memories while looking at the stars. Jungkook felt happy with her completely oblivious to the person waiting for her in their apartment. He enjoyed Y/N's presence. It has been months ever since they've got to spend time with each other like this. They soon reached their apartment's building. Y/N headed to their floor first while Jungkook pays their monthly rent. They moved in exactly at their first anniversary marking today as the day the pay their monthly rent. As soon as she reached their floor she saw a stranger at their door.
