Taro took Ayano's hands. They gazed into eachother's eyes. And they kissed. It was long and passionate. There were butterflies in Ayano stomach, and they were raging as hard as ever. Her heart was beating so fast she couldn't believe it. She noticed Taro removing one of his hand from hers and reaching behind his back. She didn't care. She was just full of complete bliss.
Then.
A terrible pain shot through her stomach.
She looked down.
A syringe was stuck in her stomach.
She looked up at Taro.
His wicked smile brought a shiver down her spine.
That was the last thing she saw before
She blacked out.
