2 am, I'm awake. I just couldnt sleep with all the darkness when I'm alone at home. I turned on the lights and went back to bed. I t doesnt help at all. I feel uncomfortable all of the sudden, like I need someone. I switched off the lights and stared at my big window. " darn it. I need to go to sleep" I whispered. I freaked out when I heard a loud bump downstairs. I checked it out and see if anything happends untill I heared that sound again. It made me run outside the house with no slippers and ended up at Hayden's house. What the heck am I doing here? But instead of going back home, I went Hayden's unlocked house, probably he forgot to lock it. I slowly went upstairs and peeked at Hayden's room
" Hayden.." I whispered but it doesnt wake him up " Hayden!" I exclaimed. I could hear him shift from his bed
" Sel? what the- how did you get in here?" obviously he's not fully awake
" you forgot to lock the door" I leaned at the doorway
" oh shoot yeah, I forgot. what are you doing here?" he sat on his bed I dont wanna tell him at first
" ...I cant sleep.." . Hayden giggled and moved from his bed
" here, you can sleep with me" he said comfortably. I crawled up beside Hayden and made myself comfortable.
" just dont snore!"
" I dont snore" I moaned. After that I'm asleep.
When I woke up, I saw my house through Hayden's window. Hayden's not awake yet. And his effing hand is on my hips. I slapped his hands " OW! what was that?" he rubbed his hands
" for not being careful at touching things" I sat up. He gave me a confused look
" good morning by the way" I got off from his bed
" good morning" he went to the bathroom. I went downstairs at made my way through the door
" hey! you want breakfast?" Hayden speed off downstairs
" no its okay. I'm gonna cook myself a breakfast at home" I reached at the doorknob
" aw, wouldnt be mean if you deny an offer for you from a best friend?"
I sighed " okay fine." Hayden skipped through his kitchen. I combed my hair with my hand. We have a bacon and egg with juice for breakfast.
" oh yeah. I'm gonna go to a party tomorrow night, wanna come?"
" who's party?" I sliced the egg in half
" Jun's party" Hayden watched me slice the egg
" but... I dont even know him"
" that's why I'm inviting you to the party right?"
" right. So, why is he throwing a party?" I stood up cause I finished my breakfast
" dunno" he sighed.
" anyways Hayden, I'm gonna go back home to fix myself cause... you know" I looked down at my orange, polkadot pajama. He giggled " yeah sure."
I went back home with bare foot, people looked at me akwardly. So what? its only six steps away. I took a bath and dressed myself with a plain white t-shirt with black shorts. " hey Sel, you done?" he entered my room surprisingly, that made me fell down
" KNOCK FIRST!" I yelled.
" whatever, you didnt knock at my house" .
I sighed " Hayden, I have a question" I looked at him in the eyes
" what?" he looked back
" do you have an experience at having sex with someone?"
A big grin grew in his face " what if... I do?" he leaned towards me and I stepped back. He continued coming closer to me and he pushed me on the wall. It terrified me untill he grabbed my t- shirt
" Ha- Hayden... what are you doing?" I muttered
" you wanna make out do you?" he leaned closer and grabbed me on the arm. And then he pinched me on the nose and walked back burst out laughing. I sighed in relief " you thought I was gonna do something bad didnt ya?" he continued laughing wildly
" WILLIAM!" I screamed
" now did you just called me William, Kae?" he laughed.
" I'm gonna kill you!" I shouted and started chasing him around the house " Dumb idiot, I hate you!" I yelled, he giggled. We ended up on the couch, panting
" you scared me back there" I punched him in the arm
" hey, you're expecting too much" he rubbed his arm
" pfft. no I'm not"
Hooray 6:30 my favorite time... and I dont know why..I clunched in the sofa watching chowder " oh, its that abnormal freak!" Hayden said playing with the remote
" he's not an abnormal freak jerk! he's a fat purple... thingy..." I sighed, no one messes up with chowder.
" hey, 7:00 pm party tomorrow okay?"
" owkay, is it formal?"
" no its not. Its just a mini party so you can wear whatever you want" he played with his feet.
" A mini party. So it will be like 30 minutes only?" I stood up from the couch.
" not that mini"
" but you said it was mini" I made my way through the kitchen
" yeah, but not THAT mini" he clarified.
I sighed. Yey, mom bought me poptarts " love you mom" I whispered. I finished one poptart from the kitchen and stumbled while I'm making my way through the couch. Hayden giggled
" Not funny Smith" I crossed my arms
" sorry Estrella, I just remembered how clumsy you are" he cleared his throat
" I'm not clumsy!"
" like duh, it was the 5th time you stumbled this day" he smiled. And I was like... really? I didnt notice that.
We played board games cause its getting really boring watching TV " hey that's cheating!" I pointed out
" no its not" he lied
" no, that's cheat..." I yawned.
Hayden smiled and looked at the time " oh lookie look. Its 10 pm"
" dork, its still 5;30 pm" I scratched my eye, Hayden gave me a wtf look
" you better get some rest" he stood up and headed through the door. I just stared at him, cause he didnt help me fix the board game. When Hayden caught me staring at him, he sighed and grabbed me at the arm. He dragged me at his house and then his bedroom and tucked me to sleep. And then I thought, what have I done? I was only staring at him cause he didnt help me fix the board game.
" goodnight" I whispered cause I'm terribly sleepy
" sweet dreams" he whispered back. Hayden creeped me out a bit, but I knew it was just a friendly way.
