*Lunars pov*
I run pushing my human body to its limits so far I can see my home. "Jake!" I scream seeing him getting out of his car. I tackle him into a hug knowing that they stayed just out of sight watching me. Only because he's human and can't know. "Oh hey, what's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost. And your breathing like you just ran a marathon" I slowly catch my breath before answering
"Nothing I just ran home and I missed you so hugs" I say laughing nervously
"Yaaaaa rightttt, if you don't want to talk about it I get it. Oh I have another shift at the hospital in 3 hours so in going to shower. Could you make dinner?" I smile brightly "YES! But what do we have?" He groans "fuck I forgot to go to the store" I giggle
"Pb&j it is then. I'll make an extra for you at work. Sense it's gonna be an all nighter I'm assuming"

We go in and I lock the door and go and make sandwiches putting two in a lunch box with an apple for jake. "FOODS DONE AND READY WHEN YOU ARE!" I scream up the steps being to lazy to walk up there an find him myself. And I eat my sandwich. Starting to worry about what happens when he leaves.

I feel myself sink into a dark hole and my eyes start to water up. There blue as an ocean dark and untamed reflecting my sadness I hold deep inside of myself.

I curl into a ball old thoughts start to come into my mind.

I begin to look at my many scars and being missing the feeling of the pain.
I here footsteps coming down the steps and I bolt to Jake as he reaches the bottom huging him tightly around the middle head buried in his chest.
"Ummmm you doing okay lunar?" He asks using my real full name. I nodded slowly lying. "Alright let's get you some food into that belly of yours and my own" he says with a chuckle and I smile lightly before pulling away.
"Food time" I say with the smile but my eyes still that same shade of blue under my contacts.
