Good morning everyone. Welcome back to our third week of outreach. Today we will be discussing something about the Resurrection of Christ. Few days ago, I read a forwarded message and it really touched me, so let's get into it.

John 20:6-9
Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, 7 And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself. 8 Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed. 9 For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead

What I have learned from the message that I received few days ago was, according to the Hebrew Custom, servants would prepare the dining table for the Master.

They would place plates, foods and other necessary item on the table and will move away from the dining area and wait for the Master.

As the Master dine, those servants would not dare to get any closer to the dining area in a form of respect.

So, how would they know if the Master had done with the eating?

They would look at the position of the napkin. If the napkin is "crumbled" or not in a neat form, then the Master " Is Done"

But..... if the napkin is nicely folded and placed on the table, the servant would not dare to get any closer even if the Master gets up and goes somewhere because the folded napkin means " I'm Coming Back!"

What an amazing connection!!

Simon Peter saw the linen clothe lying there in the tomb but the napkin was wrapped together in a place by itself (John20:7)

What does it mean?

Jesus is Coming Back!!!!

As we celebrated his resurrection, this shows and confirms that Jesus is coming back the way he promised us.

It gives us a new hope everyday to always look upon him and wait upon his coming.

Task of the week:

I would like you guys to share a bible verse to as many friends and families as possible. Let's spread God's word!!!!
