Week Five

Good morning everyone. Thanks for being around as always. Today, we have reached week 5 and let's dive into today's bible verse...

John 12:13
They took the branches of the palm trees and went out to meet him, and cried out, "Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, the King of Israel!"

Okay now, let's take a moment to imagine this situation. Jesus is among the crowd and all of them are welcoming and praising him as the King. It was like a festival. Can you imagine how excited they would be ?

They were totally rejoicing with Jesus and shouting "Hosanna!"~ because they have the joy of the Lord in them. We too can rejoice today and shout "Hosanna!!" because the Lord our God is with us and he had given us the joy and peace.

Let's see another bible verse that speaks about Joy.

Psalm 16:8-9
I know the LORD is always with me.
I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.
No wonder my heart is glad, and I rejoice.
My body rests in safety.

This is one of those Psalms that David wrote to express his joy towards our Lord.

These can be concluded that when we have God with us and his presence in our lives, we will always be happy and we can rejoice in his name forever.

Task of the week;

I would like you to share an experience of yours to describe that you were the most happiest person in that day. It can be about anything.

Prayer:

Thank you Lord for the joy found only in You. Nothing else can make us feel happy and secure than you alone Father. Thank you for your everlasting love. In the joyful name of Jesus, I pray, Amen.
