Chapter 4 "Eline?"

Aiden's P.O.V

"Mr. Wesley we need you to let go and put your hands up now!" Yelled a police officer, I let go and backed up with my hands up. "Turn around and walk towards me." He yelled again. "Okay hold your panties, don't get them in a twist." I mumbled. The police officer cuffed me and dragged me to the cop car.

"Let me tell my family." I said with a sigh. He nodded and pass me a phone. I called my cell phone that I gave too Stephanie.

Ring, Ring, Ring

"Hello this is Aiden Wesley's phone Stephanie speaking." Wow totally professional. "Hello?" She asked again. "Sorry Stephanie, I'm going to the police station." "Why?" She asked with concern laced in her tone. "The tip that was given was a trap, who ever gave the tip set a trap for us and I lost my anger...." "Oh how long will you be gone?" "Maybe half an hour tops." I said.

"Hurry up buddy I don't have all day for you to chat with your girlfriend." Said the officer who hadn't given me his name. "I'm coming dude geez can't someone talk with out being interrupted." "Now!" "Fine, fine I have to go Steph I'll be back soon." "Okay be careful Aiden." "Bye." "Bye."

"Here thanks officer..." I trailed off. "Officer uh- Justin." He said nervously. "Officer Justin how long have you been in service?" "Half a year." He said with out missing a beat. "Okay so are we going because I have things to do." I said in a bored.

I sat in the back of the cop car and replayed the events that happened earlier.

Twenty minutes earlier

"This is Officer Hinton, Officer Daniel we have a lead,over" came through Grayson walkie-talkie. "Where too Officer Hinton, over." "Near the south west side of the hospital, over." "Thank you officer Hinton call for back up, over." "Back up is on the way, over." "They think they have a lead and I have to go." Grayson said. "I'm coming with you Officer Daniel." I said. "Okay sir but don't get the way."

We left Stephanie's room and ran for the south west of the hospital the halls were empty which made it easier to reach the south west side of the hospital "What are we looking for?" I asked. "We are looking for a guy in his mid-twenties with blonde highlights and black outfit he was standing by the back exit." "Okay, a dude,black outfit, mid-twenties got it."

We ran around the corner where I was a dude who for the description. I ran to him and he looked up and ran. "Officer Daniel he's heading that way." I yelled. I took off in a sprint to chase him, we came upon a dead end when he turned around looking panic. "Stay were you are or I'll throw them out the window." He said and that's when I looked down and say the was holding two babies one with grey strips and one with gold poke-it-dots. "No! Give me the babies and I'll let you go." I said.

He thought about but shook his head. "No! Do you know who much the are paying me to hold these things." He said. I got closer and he backed up to his left was a window wide open and my only fear by then was he would throw them out the window. I guess he saw it. My fear because he had an evil glint in his eyes, he throw his head back and laughed wickedly. "Don't worry baby daddy nothing is going to happen to them." He said with an evil laugh.

He got closer to the window and took one last glance towards me before he threw the babies out the window. I felt a scream leave my mouth. "Nooo!!!!" I ran over to the window to see two small figure on the ground. My heart broken into a million piece and the all I could see was red, and I wanted vengeance for my babies. I turned around, I must have had a crazy look because he backed up to the wall.
