Haley's POV
I stared at the wall of the torture room L had me locked in. I didn't mind. It wasn't like anything he did actually hurt me. He was only testing my limits.
"Ryuzaki, wanna go play a game of tennis?" Light asked, opening the door to the room.
L smiled and nodded. He looked at me then at our hands. I was back in my chains and collar, and he knew I didn't like it when the others kept a hold of me.
"Can I bring Haley? She hasn't been out in the sunlight for a while." He asked, looking at Light.
"Sure. She can even play if she wants to."

My chains dangled from me as L walked away. Light unhooked them from me and let me unhook the collar myself.
"Have you ever played tennis?" He asked.
"Yeah. I was the best girl in the prison yard. I can hold my own against Ryuzaki." I answered.
I took his racket and walked to the opposite side of the court. L smiled and played with the ball before he hit it toward me. I easily hit it back, and the ball went flying past him.

I won the match. Now it was L and Light. L had me chained to the viewer's bench. The only bad part about it was that the bench was bolted to the ground.
I pulled on the chains a bit, testing the strength of the bench. I smirked and ripped the chains free, snapping the ends off.
"Grab her!" Light yelled, pointing at me.
L had his back to me. He looked at me over his shoulder.
"Stay put." He ordered.
I saluted and sat down. He rolled his eyes and went back to focusing on his game.
"He knows what you are, doesn't he?" A voice behind me said.
I looked over my shoulder to see Ryuk leaning against the fence. I got to my feet.
"So what if he knows who I am?" I asked.
He smiled, and he made his wings sprout from his back. I did the same after I let my Shinigami blood take over.
"Take to the skies, My Sister! Let us fly!" He laughed like a child.
I growled and flew after him. He only hovered over the tennis court.
"Let's play!" He laughed.
I dodged several of the punches he threw at me and kneed him in his stomach. He groaned, and I grabbed onto his shirt. I spun him around and threw him, sending him soaring through the sky.
I landed on the ground to find both L and Light staring at me. I made my wings disappear, and my blood returned to normal.
"You're a Shinigami?" Light asked.
