Chapter 8

  WARNING: VERY FUCKING LONG

                        Cason's P.O.V
          Shock. Thats what I felt when Tyler told me. I was numb. I didn't know what to say. Then I felt the tears run down my face. That was new. I rarely cried, especially not in front of people. Then when Rylee and Deminia came out I figured they would ask questions but they didnt and I am grateful for that. Oh God poor Tyler. I cant even imagine her pain, her fear. She was 13 for fucks sake what kind of sick bastard does that?! After the tears I felt the anger but I tried to control it. When I got home I cried for hours. When my mom asked what was wrong I shook my head. Now I'm walking down the hallway with Demini, hand in hand with Rylee, when that happened I don't know but they are obviosuly a couple. And Tyler.. Walking silently, head down. She hasn'£t said a word to me since she told me about her dad yesterday. I hope she isn't angry at me. I don't see why she would be....... I want to be with her so bad and I just dont know how to tell her.
                    Tylers P.O.V

I don't want Cason to think I'm mad at him but I don't know what to say. Cason and I are great friends but it feels like something is missing. I'm really happy for D and Rylee but at the same time I cant help but think there's something missing from our little group. Lost in thought I accadentally run right into the very boy that smacked my butt. I think his names Cole or Clay or something.
         "Hey sexy, come back for round two?" he says with a smirk.
        Not in the mood I just keep walking calmly, my head down I can still hear the three sets of steps behind me but suddenly theirs four and ones way to close for comfort. "Back off Cole." Cason warns.
        I keep walking, head down as I make my way to the front doors. "But baby!" I hear Cole say. What the fuck???? I ask my self. "Tyler" he wines "didnt you enjoy last night?" "What the fuck!" D, Rylee, Cason, and I shout at the same time. "Oh she didn't tell you?" Cole grins, putting his arm around my waste, just as I shrug him off I hear a thud and see Cason shaking his fist and Rylee pulling him back. D is still staring at me with wide eyes and Cole is laying on the ground with blood running out his nose. I look at Cason pleadingly, he looks pissed but more so hurt.
       "What the fuck Tyler!" he shouts.
I look at him with wide eyes and run out of the school. Soon I hear foot steps and see D behind me.
      "Shhh Tyler tell me what happened it's okay love." I sniffle.. "Thats just it.. Nothing happened he's lying!" I wail.. " I thought so" she says calmly. Shes about to say somehting else but I cut her off. " and Cason beieleves him. He actually beileves him." I cry.
       "No no shh comeone lets go talk to him she says.. Hes still over by Cole, I can see him."
          I walk with her, whiping my eyes on my shirt and giving her a small smile.
       "So their she is".. Hisses Cole, still holding his nose. "Whatda you.. Run home to daddy for a quickie cause you cant get any from boys your age?" he taunts. I look at Cason with wide eyes and Cason is glaring at me. "You jackass you told him!" I scream, launching myself at Cason, fresh tears running down my face. Instead of Cason I collide with Rylees arm and he starts to drag me away. I scream at Cason calling him every name I can think of, grateful when I see out princaple walking towards Cason quickly. Ignoring me and taking note of Cason and Cole. When we get outside I collapse into Rylees arms and sob as he carries me to my car. Since I drove I hand Rylee the keys and he sets me passenger before opening the back door for D and climbing into the front seat. He shuts the door and looks at me. "We have to wait for Cason but its your car so if you wanna go I'll stay and we can walk. But if you don't wanna you need to spill.. Now." he says softly.
        I take a deep breath and look him in the eyes. "Three years ago when I was thirteen my dad raped me. Cason knew. Also I did not and never will fuck Cole." Rylee and D are both speechless and I give them a small smile before turning over and drifting off to sleep.

            I hear a door slam and see Rylee getting out through groggy eyes. I sit my head up and see its only been about an hour. I look through the window to see Rylee screaming at Cason and Cason putting his hands up. I can't hear so I look at D and she cracks her window the slightest bit. I smile and lay my dead back down to pretend I'm asleep and listen to the argument.
      "I didnt.........no.......you did......how could you......" I dont get much from it so I just block it out untill I hear both boys get in. The car starts driving and soon Rylee stops and they all get out (we're staying at my house this weekend) I feel my door open and D lightly shakes me, pretending to wake me. "Lets go." she says. We all go in and shout to my mom were home. Walking up the stairs I think through what I'm gonna say. When we get to my room D sits down on my bed and Rylee and Cason settle on the floor. I lay down behind D and start to sob into my pillow. Soon I feel D get up and my room door open and close. Another weight, heavier dips onto my bed and all to familiar arms wrap around me.
       "Tyler I didn't tell him I swear I wouldnt ever do that I really wouldn't." Cason says. Tightning his arms around my shoudlers. I sit up and give him a hug. "I'm sorry" he whispers as D walkes in grinning. I smile and take note of D's flushed cheeks and swollen lips. When Rylee walks in with a similar look I laugh and he turns even redder, scratching the back of his neck nervously. D smiles even bigger and plops down on my bean bag chair with a sigh. I stand up while D makes room for Rylee on the chair and go to my desk.
"Finding Dori, Finding Nemo, Charlie Brown, or Tella Tubbies?" I joke. Casons eyes light up "oh oh Tella Tubbies all the way!" he says happily. I smile and push in the movie we had agreed on the day before, ReModel none of us new what it was about so we had decided to watch it. I let them watch the commercials and skip down the stairs to make popcorn. A few minutes later I come back in and settle in on my bed, tossing two bags to D and Rylee and sharing the other one with Cason. It turns out ReModel  was a comedy and wad actually pretty great. We laughed and joked throughout the whole movie until I finally glanced over at the clock to see it was already 2:36 am. D and Rylee were passed out on the bean bag chair so I crawled over a sleeping Cason and put a blanket over them. Then I grabbed a pair of pajama pants and a tank top and went into the bathroom. I turned on the shower and after about 5 minutes brushed my hair and teeth and pulled my pajamas on. I went back into my room to see D sitting up next to Rylee and tossed her an extra toothbrush and a pair of pajamas. "Shampoo and conditoners on the floor of the shower and the brush and toothpaste is on the floor." I whispered. She thanked me and tiptoed into the bathroom to shower. I crawled into bed next to Cason rolling my eyes at his cleverness and almost immedietly fell asleep. The next morning I woke up to an angry stream of sunlight right in my eyes and stretched, accadentally smacking Caosn in the mouth as I did so. "Ow" he exlaimed. " what time is it? Wait did we sleep together?" "gosh so many questions" I complained. "Its 10:43, and you made me. Their werent any other blankets and you were already asleep so I showered and just went back to sleep. Same with D." I said. Motoning toward Rylee and D who were tangled up in the blanket on the bean bag chair. D had snuggled up and slept on Rylees chest and he had nearly fallen off the bean bag chair. I laughed and got up. "Ewww" I complained when Cason got up too. " hold on." I said walking out of my room and down the hall. "Hey Mom can Cason and Rylee have sweat pants and tee shirts from Chris?"
      "Sure sweety he won't mind and he'll be on his business trip for about another month."
       "Kay thanks Mom" I said catching the clothes she tossed to me and skiping back to my room. I pointed to the bathroom when I got back and tossed Cason a pair of the joggers and a black tee. "You. Yeah you stinky," I said to Cason. "When I finish in the bathroom you should really shower. There's two new toothbrushes and men deodorants under the sink for you and Rylee. Please give him some and tell him he should shower too?"  I said laughing. He laughed. "Kay" he smiled and I walked into the bathroom. Setting the other pair of grey joggers and blue tee on the bed. I shut the door and brushed through my hair and went to the bathroom. Once I washed my hands I brushed my teeth and walked out. Cason smiled and disapeared into the bathroom. About 10 minutes later he emerged smelling good and fresh. I smiled as he threw the extra deoderant and toothbrush on Rylees  clothes and sat down next to me. "I put my name on the deoderant with your sharpie and the toothbrush and put it back under the sink for future use." he said, leaning down to shove his clothes into his bag. "Here I'll wash those" I offfered smiling when he handed me the clothes. I went to my dresser and grabbed a pair of jean shorts and a simple black tee and a pair of panties and shoved Casons clothes into the dirty clothes shoot for the maid to do.  I then walked into the bathroom and changed before throwing my hair up and walking back out. Putting my own clothes into the shoot as well. "Smoothie run?" I asked as I wrote a note for the maid to put Cason and Rylees clothes in my room along with mine and D's, whose I had put in last night. I then wrote a note for D and Rylee telling them we'd be right back before putting the maids note down the shoot and setting D and Rylees on top of Rylees clothes along with instructions as to how to work the shower and where the toothbrush and deoderant were and to just put his clothes in the shoot and a side note not to shower with D. I smiled and walked out the door with Cason at my heels. When we got to the place I ordered a large strawberry banana for D and an orange for Rylee, a kiwi for Cason, a veggie one for my mom and a cherry one for Laura, the maid. I smiled at knowing what they all wanted and declined Casons offer to pay as I handed the employee a crisp 20, telling her to keep the extra  ten dollars for a tip.  She smiled and haded me the smothies in a holder. Thanking me and complementing my car. When we got back D was sitting on my bed and I handed her Rylees and her smoothie and smiled when I heard the shower turn off. I walked down the hall siping my smoothie and handing my mom her gross looking green smoothie thing she liked and walking down to the laundry room, giving Laura hers too. She thanked me and told me the clothes would be up at about one. I smiled and told her not to rush before skipping back up the stairs and walking into my room.
