"So." Davis said, banging his fists on the table abruptly. "Tell me more about yourself."
We had decided to not eat anywhere fancy(thank god, it would've seemed like a date if we did), just plain old subway. As I munched on my turkey and cheese wheat sub, he gave me this weird look- like a very constipated duck. I raised my eyebrow and swallowed my sandwich. Brushing my brunette hair out of my face, I looked at him and replied.
"My name is Jenna Bell, as you already know. I have a part time job as a DJ for little kids parties, and I'm an amateur artist and writer. My sisters are Amanda and Kim, they're both nineteen. I'm only eighteen."
"Cool. Now, about me," he said, scratching his chin to look like even more of a dope. "I'm Davis Waters, and I have a part time job as bus driver, and another part time job at Subway-"
"MR WATERS!"
"Speaking of which..." He grinned at me and walked behind the counter. I sighed and rolled my eyes. This guy was a total idiot. He probably was smarter than he seemed, but as of now, he wasn't quite showing his high IQ.
After about thirty minutes of waiting for him to pay for the food, we exited the restraunt. "We missed half of the class," he muttered, obviously ticked off. "Oh well. Umm... We're probably going to get suspended for skipping..and missing so much classes.... so let's go to class anyways!" He exclaimed, raising his fist to the sky, and then running off toward the school building. I groaned and followed unwillingly. With this dumbbell as my roommate in college, I was in for a long two years.
Wait.
TWO YEARS?
Yes, I was stuck for this guy with TWO YEARS. I felt like screaming and throwing something(most likely throwing Davis into a fiery pit of death). I hated this guy! And now I'm stuck with him.
"Oh well..." I muttered unhappily.
"What was that?" He called back, still grinning goofily.
"Nothing!" I yelled.
Oh boy, was i in for a long semester.
