Caley woke up the next morning with a killer headache and a terrible stomach ache. She opened her eyes but quickly shut them due to the brightly lighted room surrounding her she began to panic when she realized that she wasn't in her bed down at the loft, but then the memories of the awkward night before came flooding back to her. She soon sat up in the bed she was in and witnessed a very wet, very shirtless Stiles walk out of his bathroom with his toothbrush in his mouth. She assumed he just got out of the shower but? The boy saw that Caley was up and rushed to get a shirt on.
"Oh um, sorry I didn't know you were up yet... Well, now that you are I need you to hurry up and get ready so I can run you to Allison's house really fast so you can borrow some of her clothes. I would run you to the loft but that's across town and Allison's apartment is on the way." He said as Caley got out of bed.
"Well good morning to you too" the tired blonde mumbled.
She walked to put her jeans on but kept Stiles's shirt on because she thought it smelt really nice, and she's gonna change anyways. And she had to admit, she may or may not have developed the slightest crush on him.
I mean, not just any guy would have just met a girl and invite her to a party then, then go let her stay at his house because she couldn't go home drunk, and hold her hair back when she has a hang over. But, she knew that he would never like her back so she pushed it to the back of her mind at the moment.
Once Stiles was ready the pair hopped into the infamous Jeep and started toward Allison's apartment. The two sat in a comfortable silence for all of two seconds before Stiles broke the peace.
"Ya know, you could've gotten me killed this morning. My dad walked in to tell me he was leaving and saw you, in my bed, in my clothes, on my chest. He nearly had a conniption fit before I told him who you were and that we were studying for a project and that Derek didn't want you walking home so late at night and that you spilled water on your clothes so I gave you some of mine. But I seriously panicked though dude." Stiles said letting out a deep breath.
"Well its a good thing you're a quick thinker and a good lair, Stilinski." Caley told him slightly impressed that he came up with all that.
"Well, after two years of having to lie about all of the superna- uh, I mean super parties I've been to you pick up a few things." Stiles lied through his teeth.
It was silent until they pulled up outside Allison's.
"Okay uh, Allison said she'll just drive you to the school. So um, I'll see you there okay?" Stiles stated and Caley just nodded as she hopped out of the Jeep and up to Allison's apartment.

"I don't see anything ." An irritated Derek says
Caley, Allison, Lydia, Scott, Derek, and Stiles were all standing together in an empty classroom, trying to find out how to find Erica and Boyd. Allison and Lydia were showing Derek the bruises on their arms hoping it was a clue to help.
"Look again." Scott says sort of impatiently.
"How is a bruise gonna tell me where Boyd, and Erica are?" Derek grumbles
"Derek can you at least try to be somewhat helpful. I mean we don't have to help you." A very tired and grumpy Caley snaps with her head on Stiles shoulder with her eyes closed.
"She's right ya know?" Stiles agreed but everyone ignored to pair.
"It's the same on both sides. Its exactly the same." Scott continues
"Pareidolia, seeing patterns that aren't there." Lydia speaks up.
"It's a subset of Apophenia. Come on Der Bear" Caley finishes
"I told you to never call me that. Now will you please shut up you don't even know the half of what's going on. So, just please shut up!" Derek shouts at her. Making Caley angry.
She's noticed the strange things going on with her new "friends" and it didn't slip her mind. They were all hiding something and she was gonna find out what it was, and fast. Caley zoned out of her own thoughts, not knowing what the topic of conversation was now, she grabbed Stiles's wrist dragging him out of the classroom and into the empty hallway because they were supposed to be in class shutting the door behind them.
"Stiles I want to know what you and everyone else is hiding from me. And you better answer pretty damn quick because I'm done only understanding half of the conversations you and Scott have." Caley didn't really know why she was acting so mad, she was more curious then mad.
"Uh, I have zero idea what you're talking about?" Stiles said rubbing the back of his neck.
"Oh bullshit, Stiles!" Caley whisper-shouted.
"C, I'm serious. I don't know what you're talking about! Honestly." He said lying through his teeth.
"So, you're telling me that all of these weird conversations and references that you make. I'm just imagining that?"
"Yes! I mean- no. I mean," the boy sighed dropping his head," you're not imagining things. Maybe you just hear them in the wrong context."
The blonde knew the boy was lying but, she also knew that he wasn't gonna tell her. So, the girl whipped out her acting skills from the lessons she took in seventh grade and began to cry. And, not just a little tear shed, she began to bawl.
"Maybe I'm just hearing things. Um, I guess I'm just missing my dad, and the whole moving across the country thing has just a little shaken up. I'm so stupid for thinking that you would hide anything from me." She cried wrapping her arms around his waist crying onto his shoulder.
When the Stiles hugged back, Caley ever so gently reached into his back pocket grabbing his phone, holding it, going back to hugging him. She then, pulled away, looking up at him, making sure his eyes were on him slid the phone into her pocket.
"I'm sorry. I'm such a cry baby," Caley said wiping her tears,"first last night and now this? I'm so sorry."
"Oh hey, don't worry about it, I used to cry all the time when I was little. Ask Scott, he could barely handle it." The boy chuckled rubbing his neck.
It was then that Derek stepped out of the room, walking away, not even giving Caley one glance. Following behind him was Scott, who walked up to the pair, and Allison and Lydia who walked the other way.
"Well, um, I guess I better get to class. Uh thanks, I guess?" Caley said to Stiles
"Oh yeah, don't mention it." Stiles nodded.
"Okay well, I'll see you later, bye Scott." Caley waved before walking away.
She began waking in the opposite direction of her next class, she made a few turns then walked into the room labeled 'Girls locker room' and sat on one of the benches, opening Stiles phone, which thankfully didn't have a password. She went to the messages labeled "Scotty".
She was gonna find out what they were hiding even if it took her all day.
