Bad Luck: Jaden

'What's going on with him?' You thought to yourself you had been duelling Jaden all day at his request but for some reason he was loosing every duel against you. He was making obviously bad choices and mistakes that normally he would never make, you were starting to get worried about him,

"T.G. Hyper Librarian go take out his elemental hero Flame Wing Man!" You shouted as you beat him again in the exact same way for the 10th time today,

You closed over your duel disk and walked over to Jaden, holding your hands out to him to help him up but for some reason he just growled at you and slapped your hands away standing up on his own.

"Jayden? What's gotten into you? I was trying to help you" you said slightly surprised, Syrus who had been watching all the duels walked over timidly he was also worried about Jaden's behaviour

"That's just it your always helping me what think I can't do anything for myself huh is that it!" Jayden shouted

"That's not it Jay...." You started but he cut you off

"Don't Jay me just cause your smarter than me doesn't mean you can always just treat me like I can't do anything on my own!"

"Jayden I don't...."

"I don't want your excuses....I...."

"Jayden!" You shouted this made both boys flinch, "I'm not arguing with you over something stupid, its clear you have something on your mind and your venting your anger on me cause im the closest so. I'm gonna give you time to cool off, we can talk once you've calmed down" you said calmly turning your back on him and walking off.

"What's going on Jayden? Your not normally this angry, she was only trying to help" Syrus said slightly afraid that Jayden would start shouting at him too, but Jadens face relaxed with a guilty look

"I dunno Sy, I dunno what came over me I know she did nothing wrong. Ugh forget this come on we're going after her I need to apologize and you need to make sure i don't screw up again" Jayden said as the two ran off after you

You were having troubles of your own though because Chaz had you cornered he was going on and on about how you should be dating him and not Jayden you were getting bored when he pinned you to the side of the building,

"Y/n!" Jaden shouted noticing that Chaz was harassing you again, but before you could respond you felt a harsh impact on the side of your neck, knocking you out. Chaz picked you up and used Jaden and Syrus' confusion and anger to escape with you.

Now Jayden really felt like a jerk.
