Writers note- Every 5 chapters, I will post a recap of all the events so far. This is for chapter 1-5 following the separation that has occurred.
LAST TIME ON THE BROKEN BOND
As the children planned to leave for the great unknown, Karin reminisced on old memories. We learned about Colress, the man who raised the five children on the island, and how he left so he could receive medical treatment for the love of his life, Maria. As three of the five children, Karin, Izen, and Tora, prepared to leave the island, Karin consulted Izen about whether bringing Tora along was a good and safe idea. Izen simply stated that everything would be all right. Once the three left for the great unknown, a storm overcame them. We got to see a little of Tora's anger released as he screamed at the sky, asking it to give him all it could. A lightning bolt then struck the raft, leaving the three separated, left drifting at sea. Izen awoke to a bloody battleground and was immediately thrown down by what seemed to be a soldier who had lost his mind! Karin awoke in the comfort of a bed and learned a little more about Colress's whereabouts and about an ongoing war. Tora, however, had some darker plans in mind. As we see the sociopath in Tora come out in the form of murder, he not only kills two men, but steals one of the men's blade. With Karin and Tora's sights set on Legion headquarters and Izen's whereabouts currently unknown, anything could happen. Find out the whereabouts of Izen in Chapter 6-Revelations
