Present day

~"Happy Birthday to you...Happy Birthday to you...Happy Birthday dear buba...Happy Birthday to you."
Ever body sung to Carl on his 11th birthday as he blew his candles out.
"Can't belive your 11 now. Just the other day you where running around in your diaper."Carly said as everyone laughed.
"I'm a man now you can stop calling me buba aunt Carly."
Carl said embarrassed of his nickname he had got when he was little.
"Yeah, I guess I'll try to...buba."Carly said before bursting out with laughter.
"So...where is my gift?"Carl asked Carly.
"Well... me and curly head Shane over there have a surprise for you."Carly said while winking at Shane.
"Are you two together?"Carl asked egerly. He always thought Carly and Shane should get together.
"Hell to the no."Carly said real fast.
"Language Carly."Rick said
"Sorry bro. I mean no just wait and see."Carly said the last part ment for Carl.
"Yeah, just wait little man."Shane said as he ruffled Carl's hair.Carl tried to fix it back.
"Hey, it took me two hours lay his hair down, don't mess it up in two seconds."Lori said coming from out the kitchen.

Carl hardly slept that night wondering what Shane and Carly got for him.6:00 came slowly.

"Hay, buba you up?"Carly asked trying to shake Carl awake
"Is it time to go?"He asked while crawling out of bed.
"You got 30mins before Shane gets here so get dressed and meet me downstairs when your down will get breakfast on the way there."
"Yes ma'ma." He said while picking out his clothes.

3hrs later

"Hey, thanks for ridding along with me and help paying for this."Shane said to Carly. Carl had fell asleep in the backseat of the car.
"Yeah, it was no problem anything to make buba happy."She said while looking at Carl asleep.
"I actually did this mainly to talk to you."Shane said
"Well he's asleep so talk."Carly said wondering what he was going to say.
"Well...before you left something happened that I feel like I need to say sorry for."He started.
"Shane, I told you that's in the past live in the future now."Carly said.
"It still don't make me feel better."
"Well, I'm over it so why don't you get over it?"She said a little angry.
"Because I stood you up that's why. All you need was to talk to someone and I wasn't there. Instead of helping you I was bagging another girl. I wasn't there when you need me most. I so sorry Carly."Shane said while looking at her they had pulled up to a gas station to get food.Carly had started leaning forward and so did Shane. They where about to kiss when Carl started to wake up.
"Why did we stop?"Carl asked.
"To get some food. Come on buba."
Carly said before getting out the car.Shane just sat there wondering about what almost happened.

1hr later

~"Six-Flags!! Are you foreal!? Thank you Aunt Carly! Thank you Shane!"Carl said as soon as he saw his suprise.
"Your welcome buba! Now go have fun!"Carly said as her and Shane was running after him.
"We really out did ourself didn't we?"Shane said
"That's why I'm his favorite aunt."Carly said. Shane chuckled.
"Yup, I guess it is."Shane said.
"Now let's go have the time of our lives!"Carly said running away from Shane.
