...Panic running through me...Spots in my vision....tears streaming down my face... choking on my own breath...

The feeling is normal yet I'm still not used to it. This nervousness...this anxiety...It's like I'm holding my breath..

The worst feeling in the world is trying to hold back a panic attack in public. Do you know how exhausting it is to always stay positive in front of everyone and to always have a smile on my face in front of everyone? Doing the same thing everyday for so long that whenever I'm tired or just have my neutral face on people seem to worry.

Don't worry I'm not going to give you my life story. I'm just going to tell what started this, what was the cause that has ruined almost everyday of my life.
