"Air. Water. Life." A man in his late forties is talking in front of a room of high school students."What does that have t do with anything I said earlier?" He looks out into the crowd of students.
"You, pink hoodie, what do you think?" He pointed at a boy with hair the color of a pixeled t.v. screen, and was wearing a faded pink hoodie.. It said on the front Corazones suaves.
"Well, you talked about how if we don't stop being stupid teens then we would all end up in a bad place. Air- The place we are right now, clean and clear. Water- How we go away from that clear place. Life- Where we end up." The man stares as the boy gives his response.
"What do your clothes say about you?" The boy looks around as if the man is no longer talking to him.
"Me?" The boy points at himself. The man nods
"Well, it says soft hearts." The man nods again.
"Ok, why did you put it on today?" The boy seemed to be lost.
"I watched the new and it said it was going to be cold. I put a hoodie on." The man nods once again.
"Yes, but why that hoodie? Why not one wit a slang term, of a bands logo?" The man stopped waiting for a response.
"I..I don't know, It's just special to me for some reason." The boy shrugged and began to think the man would not stop asking him questions.
"Does anyone else have an answer to any of my questions? Or is only Mr. DeeSea aloud to speak?" The room fell silent. Because of the silence everyone turned to look when a chair in the back squeaked.
"Thank you Mr. DeeSea for coming in and taking time for us. I will take back over my class now." The man looked at the medium height women and waved as he walked out of the class room.
As soon as Mr. DeeSea left, Robin DeeSea banged his head on his desk.
"My dad is the biggest loser ever." He tried to bang his head again but something stopped him.
"Robin, stop that. Your dad will just ask questions if you come home with bruises." The girl next to Robin was holding his head from hitting the desk.
"I know Selina, but at lest he might pay attention to me if I am all bruised up." Selina sighed and looked back up at the board.
The class was short because of the guest speaker.
"Tomorrow I would like you all to answer Mr. DeeCea's question in full detail." The teacher started.
"What did you wear today? Why did you wear it? I expect full pages on my desk as you walk in tomorrow." The bell rang.
"Class dismissed." Everyone got up and gathered their things. Robin and Selina were the last ones left in the class room.
"Mr. DeeSea, could you tell your father that the teachers board is grateful for him coming in and giving these speeches.?" Robin nodded.
"Of course Ms. Jennifer, he was happy to do it." Robin and Selina then left and walked onto the schools front lawn.
"So, is your dad picking you up?" Selina asked.
"If he is he'll be waiting a long time. Let's go." Robin went up to a run towards a fence lining the school property. He didn't get far.
"Robin, are you really going to avoid your dad again?" Selina was holding onto Robin's shoulder stopping him from running off.
"Yes Selina, until he apologizes for coming to my school every other week I will be avoiding him." Both look over as a car horn starts to honk.
