Destiel: Are You Serious?

Chapter 7

****CASTIEL'S POV****

"Dean I don't understand."

"Cas please just trust me."

I was so confused when dean handed me boots. When dean called me and asked me to come over I thought he was horny or something but when I got to his room he shoved the boots at me and told me to put them on. I did as he said but I was having trouble lacing the damn boots. Dean must have seen that I was losing my calm because he laughed a little then bent down to do it for me.

"Cas your so cute when your angry."

"Am not." I insisted.

"What ever you say babe."

Babe? This was a new side of dean but I kinda liked it. Dean Winchester had a sweet side.

"Dean whats going on?"

"I thought it would be nice if you me and Sammy went for a hike."

I looked at dean for a while wondering a few things. First, why are we going on a hike. Second, why the hell would dean bring me if Sam was coming. Dean and I don't even talk when Sams around. It's not like what we had was anything other then sexual. Yes I really like dean but I didn't want to push him to do anything, I didn't want to lose him before I ever actually had him to my self.

"Not to sound rude or anything but why is Sam coming if I'm going?"

"Because I love....." There was a long pause, "I love hanging out with with you Cas."

****DEAN'S POV****

OH.MY.GOD. I can't believe it I almost completely ruined everything. I can't tell Cas I love him, he wouldn't understand, hell I don't even understand! We haven't know each other for long and we don't ACTUALLY know each other. I don't think I know anything about Cas other then his name and that he has a really nice body, well what I have seen is nice. Come to think of it I haven't really seen that much but it sure as hell felt nice.

"Knock knock." Sam said as he walked into my room.

"Hey dean. Cas? Is he coming with us?"

"Ya I thought it might be fun." Shit I completely forgot to tell Sam.

"Ok cool." Is all Sam had to say before leaving my room to go wait in the car.

"Ok Cas you ready to go?"

"I guess."

The ride was pretty quiet but that's probably because Sam was pissed at me for making him sit in the back.

It took an hour to get to the trail but its totally worth it because the view at the top is breath taking and I was excited to show Cas.

We got out of the car and Sam ran ahead. That's ok I didn't expect him to stay with us anyway.

"Follow the red trail Sammy!" I shouted to him.

I walked over to Cas and grabbed his hand.

"What are you doing dean?"

"We'll I don't know I kinda just wanted to hold your hand. Sorry." I let go of his hand but he grabbed it again and laced his fingers through mine.

"Don't be sorry dean."

We walked hand in hand in silence for a while.

"Dean?"

"Ya Cas?"

"What is this?"

"Umm maybe a date. I mean if that's cool with you but if not that's fine it's a pretty lame one I brought my little brother.

"No it's not lame I think it's sweet and a nice first date."

First date. Hearing those words from Cas made me smile and made my stomach tingle. I like this. Just holding Cas' hand and having a real conversation with him. It felt..... nice.

"What's your favorite color?" I asked Cas, wanting to get to know him better.

"Well I use to like blue but I really like the color of your eyes." Cas blushed like crazy which only made him look so damn cute.

"Really?" I was surprised and flattered.

"What's yours?"

"I don't really have a favorite but I do like your eyes too. You have beautiful blue eyes that makes my heart melt."

Cas looked at me for a minute then kissed my cheek and laid his head on my shoulder.

"Hey Cas want to go make out behind that tree?"

"Finally." Cas said then pushed me towards the tree.

I could marry this boy.
