A/N: Picture of Isaac!

(Michael's POV)

''Hart, look what I have for you~!'' the devil beamed happily the second I entered his office, but he had a devilish smirk on his face.

Derek Sullivan, the devil in flesh and bones. It didn't help the fact that he wasn't married and wanted to make everyone's life miserable as his. I didn't think he gets laid either. Still, the bastard was one of the best psychiatrists Saint Ophelia's ever had. Even I had to admit it because it was true. Well.. admit it only to myself because I would never say it out loud.

''I've heard he's a violent one.'' he said as he pointed at a file on his desk with his look, happiness visible on his face. Oh so he wanted to give me a case? Too bad for you, you bastard because I already have one.

I started smirking smugly, because the satisfaction of defying him by simply telling him that I coudn't take his case was too big. He frowned once he saw my expression because usually, I would look like I was about to be hit by train.

''I already have a case.'' I said, then shoved Isaac's file on his face. I'll admit, it felt great. He looked at me like I was a stupid kid.

''You only take cases from me boy.'' he argued and his expression was supposed to give me the creeps, but as the time passed, I got immune to it. I couldn't say the same for Donovan though. So, I only gave him a blank look. ''Tell Lisa you refuse. Take it.'' he said simply and waited for me to take the file on his desk.

''Oh, I don't think I can do that.'' I crossed my arms over my chest. He raised his eyebrows, basically telling me with his look to stop now, or there well be consequences. He taught me long ago that defying him would only add up on my extra hours. I was smart about it and just took any case he gave me when I saw he wasn't joking. I still wanted to go home at night, you know?

I couldn't care less now because I didn't have to. I was so happy that I didn't have to do as he said.

''Lisa deliberately told me to take the case and she didn't want to tell me much, but I understood the case is important.''

''Huh.'' Was his only answer and. He looked unfazed by my argument. ''Okay all knowing little prick, give me that file.'' He said nonchalantly and stretched his hand and I was supposed to give him my file but I just shook my head.

''Why should I? It's my case thus it's my file.''

We stared at each other for a few seconds, me having a defying look on my face and him a superior one. That was what peeved me. I wanted to wipe that look on his face every time he had it.

''Hart you don't learn and I am disappointed. I may not be able to do anything to you now, but you are under my surveillance. After you are done with this 'important' case, I will give you so many extra hours you will be admitted here. So, make yourself a favor and just hand me the damn file willingly.''

You see now? You see why I call him the devil in flesh and bones? Even though it was Lisa who gave me the file, he still found a way to have control over me. I hated it. One day, I will be done with all this 'being under surveilance' thing, be a full fledged psychiatrist and have my own students. And when I do, I will not be like this.

I grudgingly handed him the file and he took it with a smirk.

''Why do you always threaten us with extra hours? And Parker too. Why?''

''Because you interns have such a grudge against them and it's just fun to know that you are struggling.'' He said simply while he was reading the file and I just shook my head. He could've said that it's for our own benefit. He could've said it's because he wanted us to learn. But instead.. he said that.
