You've got friends at school,
You've got a friend in mom,
And most definitely dad,
So life can't be but so bad.
There are so many ways
That you can behave.
You can try to be cool,
Or even act a fool.
But all you can do
Is be true to you.
But what you need,
Is to be sure to succeed.
With lots of learning
And plenty of regrets.
But all you can do
Is hope for the best.
You must be you,
And even if it's true,
Own your mistakes
And trust.
For you'll be amazed.
