Love comes in all shapes and sizes,
But my love for him shines the brightest.
It fills you up full of joy,
Just like a kid getting a brand new toy.
It's a feeling like no other,
Protecting you like an older brother.
It's a winding road with lots of twists,
But it's the potholes you want to miss.
It sticks with you through thick and thin,
You'll never have to worry about when.
It grows and expands right with you,
Never missing a beat to surprise you.
It's the center of your best memories,
Especially the one with the wedding ring.
Love is what you can always have,
Even when things may be bad.
It might not seem right,
But maybe if you take a chance
You'll learn how to be polite
And possibly take a trip to France.
Love is kind, love is sweet,
Especially when two people meet.
The key to love is to trust,
And as long as you trust,
You'll always have love and lust.
