Problem: "I get bored of my writing. I start out super pumped until I churn out about 6 chapters. Then I don't want to write anymore."
Solution: somewhere a long the way you took a wrong turn. You were obviously excited for the "good part" of your writing, but to get there you have several paths to take. Go back inside of your story and redo the parts you aren't sure about. It just needs to be tweaked :) don't ditch it, just keep editing.
