Rising sun- DISCONTINUED

Chapter 4

After a while Sunkit's leg healed and although it will always be weaker then the rest she could run,jump and play just as well as before. Before long the 3 kits were 6 moons old so that their apprentice ceremony could happen. The kits were full if energy on the day and were waiting surprisingly patiently for Moonstar to call the clan together.
Just before sunhigh Moonstar appeared from his den and climbed a little way up the great oak tree in the centre of Leafclans camp and yowled at the top of his voice "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather beneath the great oak for a clan meeting!" Once he had said these words, all the cats began to come out of their dens and sat waiting. The kits went to join the group and sat down. Once all the cats were settled Moonstar spoke again. "The time has come to welcome 3 kits into the world of apprenticeship and learn the ways to become a warrior. Flurrykit, Nightkit and Sunkit come forward." Once the kits heard their names they stepped forwards and sat waiting for their father to continue. Moonstar turned to his eldest kit first. "Flurrykit, you have reached the age of six moons and are ready to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Flurrypaw. Your mentor will be Birchheart. I hope Birchheart will pass down all she knows onto you."
Once Moonstar had finished speaking Birchheart stepped forwards, unable to contain her pride and excitement over becoming a mentor.
"Birchheart," Moonstar continued. "You are ready to take on an apprentice. You have revived excellent training from Powderclaw, and have shown yourself to be quick and kind. You will be the mentor for Flurrypaw and I expect you to pass down all you know to her." With that the two cats bent and touched noses before returning to the crowd.
Nightkit became Nightpaw and gained Goldenwish as his mentor while Sunkit became Sunpaw and gained Tigerlily as her mentor. Once the cerimonies had taken place all the cats cheered and called the apprentices by their new names. All except one cat in particular...

Finally! I'm so sorry for the delay on getting this out but things have been pretty hectic to say the least. Also wattpad decided to delete half of what I had typed so I had retype it :/ Anyway sorry if this seems rushed but I couldn't think of anything else to say even if this was a stage time lap. Hope those who take the time to read this like it :)
