I woke up to the sound of my phone vibrating by my head once again. I ignore it and rub my eyes. I turn and went to grab ahold of Tyler, but nothing was there. I sat up and looked around. He wasnt anywhere in sight.

I decided to sit and wait for a little bit to see if he would show up. He never did.

After folding the blankets and getting things straightened up, I grabbed everything and started walking to the parking lot. I thought I heard his voice from behind. I turned around to see if it was him, but it wasn't. It was random people walking along the shore. The feeling I got was the worst I've ever felt.

I continued walking. When I got to the parking lot, my heart sunk to my stomach. I got butterflies, but not the kind people usually get. Their wings were razor blades that were cutting into my insides.

His truck was gone.

I didn't have a ride so I started walking. I reconized the area. It wasnt very far, only 2-3 miles.

After walkIng for what seemed like forever, I looked back and saw a familiar car coming from behind me. It was Cole's.

He had a black shiny Subaru. It was nice. I tried to hide my face so I wouldn't be embarrassed. He noticed me anyways and pulled over on the side of the road. Since I was so sick of walking I went up to passenger side window. He rolled it down and grins at the sight of me.

"Wanna ride?" He smirks and kind of laughs.

"Yea sure." I say trying not to sound desperate. I open the door and get in.

"So why were you walking?" He asks trying to start a conversation.

"It's a long story." I say quietly and look out the window.

"I got time," He looks at me and winks. "how about we go back to my place and you can tell me then?" At this point we were already pretty close to his house.

"Ok." I smile at him and look forward.

We pull into his drive way and walk into his house.

"My parents arnt home," He exclaims, "They've been in New York for 2 weeks. They should be home in a couple of days though."

"Oh thats cool." I laugh as we walk to his room. I was more nevous then ever.

He asks me what happened and I spend about 10 minutes explaining everything. After that we kind of just sat there.  Some small talk here and there, but nothing much.

Out of no where I feel his hand grab my chin and pull it towards his face. I didnt want to make the same mistake, so I stoped before our lips met.

He looks at me in a way I will.never forget, and turns away.

"I'm sorry." was all I could think of to say.

"Its my fault," he remarked. "if you didn't stop, I don't know how far it would go." He laughs at this but.looks away again.

Before I had a chance to reply, we hear the door shut from down stairs. I freeze and don't make a sound. We look at eachother and listen. The sound of footsteps coming up the stairs and faint but still hearable.

We looked at eachother and back at the door, only this time, Nichole was standing there.
