Chapter 9

Cachima

I woke up and found myself in my old house.

You know, the house where me and oni-san lived when we were not yet made back into kids.

I quickly jumped out of my bed and put on my slippers.

Last night, oni-san and I decided that we will sleep here.

Professor just agree but we promised him that we will go back to his house to get our things back. We left professor Agasa's inventions for us.

I quickly went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I felt my mouth become sticky and I hate it.

After I brushed my teeth, I quickly went to oni-san's room.

But he wasn't there. Where did that guy went?

Suddenly, somebody shouted behind my back and it made me jump in surprise.

I looked at oni-san annoyed. Yes he was the one who shouted and scared me.

He laughed as he looked at my face.

"You scared me half to death!" I said.

He laughed harder and touched his belly.

Oh really! You really wanna get hit right? Fine! I will.

'PAK!'

"Ouch!!!" Oni-san shouted.

I laughed at his reaction.

"You are like a gay!" I said then laughed some more.

He looked at me annoyed but I stopped after seconds of laughing.

"We better get ready." I said then rushed towards my room.

I grabbed my towel and went inside my own bathroom.

I helped myself into my clothes. I wore a white long sleeve and black pants. I feel comfortable with these.

As soon as I went out of my room, oni-san went near me. And he's wearing his usual attire. White long sleeve blouse covered with a blue suit, and blue shorts.

But he is not wearing his bow-tie and he's just wearing socks and slippers. Me too, only socks and slippers.

"Where's your backpack?" I asked.

"Still in the room, how about you?" He replied.

"Same."

"Okay then let's get it, and the last one who goes to professor's house is a rotten eggplant." Then he rushed towards his room.

His room was just in front of mine. I smiled then quickly grabbed my backpack and rushed to Hakase's house.

Just in time, oni-san went out of his room and we raced.

When we were near Hakase's door, we looked at each other then increased our speed. Well, in the end, we got a tie. Hehe.

We panted, gasping for air then laughed.
