Sam's POV:
I got home and looked in the mirror immediately. What the hell... it's not like I can gain two pounds in 1 hour... this is ridiculous.
I decided to look up thinspo's online. After minutes of searching, I found a girl who's collarbones stick out beautifully and perfectly. Holy SHIT. I NEED. The same girl popped up, except a different picture. Her stomach looked perfect. No fat. Not one bit of it. I have to look like that. I'm going to do everything I can for this body.

Freddie's POV:
Me and Carly were in the studio ready to rehearse for iCarly. Where is Sam? Yes, she is usually late but she was here just an hour ago. After several minutes of calling and texting her, she texted Carly saying
" Hey Carls. Sorry for the delay! Got caught up in my mom's ' Bikini show off time ' I'll see you in 10 minutes! P.S........ Tell the nub to stop calling and texting me, will ya? He doesn't need to worry. Mama is fine. " Bikini show off time... bullshit. Sam knows Carly will fall for Sam's lies. Thats why she didn't respond to me.
Sam's POV:
I totally forgot about rehearsal today I was so caught up in this work out I'm all sweaty and I NEED a shower. I hopped in the shower for a good 5 minutes then got out, looking at myself in the mirror. I sighed. I can't even look at myself. I sent Carly a text saying how I'll be there in 10 minutes ( the true part ) and how my mom took over my time with her " bikini show off time " ( the lie ). I put on a big grey hoodie. It's big on me but it's my mom's. Who cares. I'll take her stuff if I want. She doesn't wear this, anyways. I put on baggy pants and no makeup, since I told Carly I would be there in -0 minutes and now I only have 4 minutes to be there.
Freddie's POV:
After exactly 10 minutes , Sam arrived. She looked.... bad. Not like.. bad but.... bad. Ok what i am saying is that she looks absolutely exhausted and really out of it. I can tell she doesn't want to be here. She looks pale, as well. Her hair was a bit wet, so I can tell she just showered. " So... we're gonna do a Q&A the whole webcast tomorrow ok? I don't have much time to help come up with ideas. I have a date tonight. Maybe we can throw in a messing with Lewbert, if we have some time. " Carly said. " sounds great " I replied. Sam put a thumbs up, not saying a word. " I'm gonna go get ready! " Carly excitingly spoke. Carly left the room, leaving sam and I standing there with each other, alone.
