BPLS: The Finale

The Past

After a few months into tour, I've still been seeing Manny at a couple places. I swear if I didn't know him like I do, I'd think he was stalking me. I was at my hotel doing nothing, so I decided I'd go to lunch with him. While I was getting ready I called Nique.

Nique: I still don't think this is a good idea Bee.

Bahja: Chill it's just lunch. Nothing special.

Nique: The party wasn't anything special either, and look what happened.

Bahja: Didn't we agree to never mention that?

Nique: All I'm saying is be careful. You know what happened last time.

Bahja: Zonnique, I'm a grown ass woman. I know what I'm doing goddamnit!

Nique: Correction; You're a grown ass MARRIED woman. Also let's not forget you're a grown ass PREGNANT woman.

Bahja: Whatever. You act like I slept with the guy or something.

Nique: You were close enough. But I'm gonna shut up now..Ima let you go and enjoy your lunch. Go sleep with Manny, ruin your marriage, and fall flat on your ass so I can say I told you so.

Bahja: Thanks, what a great inspirational speech.

Nique: Call me after ok?

Bahja: Maybe..depends on whether we fuck or not.

Nique: Bahja!!

Bahja: I'm just joking, damn. Bye.

Nique: Bye. *hangs up*

Why the hell is everyone so bothered with me spending time with Manny?! I know I'm married. I love Princeton and he loves me. I'd never do him wrong like that. And we have kids. I can't believe how stupid everybody thinks I am.

I got a text from Manny saying he'd meet me in the lobby in about 5 minutes. I put on my shoes and grabbed my key card and purse. When I went downstairs he was standing there waiting for me. I'm guessing he saw me because a huge grin appeared on his face.

Rocs POV

Nique: Roc I really wanna talk about what happened that night.

I knew exactly what night she was talking about. One night, she woke up screaming and in tears because she had a nightmare that Ray was still alive. I reassured her that everything was fine and that Ray was dead. But that's not the case..the night she went to kill him and me and Bahja rescued her, Bahja shot him twice. One in the chest, and one in the throat. I took Nique immediately out of there so she wouldn't have to deal with the uncomfortable questions the police would ask when they arrived. When I came out to the car I told her he was dead and we drove off and went home. But the truth is that he's been a coma and on life support ever since. So in a way..I didn't lie to her. He is kinda dead. But anyway I'd never tell her the truth. She'd just worry herself to death about when he was going to wake up and come after us all. I couldn't put her through that. This is all for her own health and safety and she'll just have to understand that. I'm not discussing this with her.

Roc: *sighs* Zonnique, why?!

Nique: Because I feel like there's something that you didn't tell me! It's been bothering me for a while now.

Roc: I told you everything you need to know. Ray is dead as a doorknob. Got it?

She pushed me to the wall and pushed herself onto me seductively. I guess she thought she was gonna fuck it out of me. Not that I have a problem with that. I'd get some fun out of it, she's the one who's going to be disappointed in the end when I still don't tell her anything.

She whispered in my ear.

Nique: You're going to tell me everything that happened in that apartment that night when I went downstairs.

Roc: And if I don't?

Nique: Then you're going to be on one hell of ride.

It was kinda cute she thought she intimidated me. I'm gonna let her have her little fun. After all she knows if I really wanted to I could fuck her senseless to shut her up.

Niques POV

After 2 hours I gave up. My entire body was sore and Roc still wouldn't tell me anything. I sighed in frustration. I got up and put on one of Rocs big t-shirts. Since he wanted to be an asshole, I guess I was gonna be one too. As soon I heard him slightly snore I roughly got out of bed, and slammed the door and stomped downstairs.

Now realizing that Roc is probably never gonna tell me the truth I know who I had to get it out of. I only 2 more people to go to; Bahja and Diggy.

Bres POV

Jacob: WHAT HAPPENED BRE?!

Bre: *crying* I-I don't know..I woke up in here. I looked around and all I saw was blood.

Jacob: You lost another baby?! GODDAMIT BRE WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU WORTH IF YOU CANT EVEN GIVE ME A FUCKING BABY?

Bre: Jacob I'm sorry..I don't know what else to do. Please..

Jacob: *storms downstairs*

Bre: *follows him* Where are you going?

Jacob: I'm leaving. If you can't do something as simple as have a fucking baby with me then why the hell do I still want you?

Bre: Because you love me..

Jacob: Love you? Please, look at you..your face just makes me sick.

Bre: Jacob please don't leave.

Jacob: *walks out*

Bre: JACOB NO! COME BACK HERE JACOB!! *sobbing* Please!!!

*wakes up from her dream*

Bre: *breathing heavy*

Jacob: Yo babe, you ok?

Bre: *hugs him* Please don't leave me.

Jacob: Leave you? Bre what are you talking about?

Bre: Nothing. Just please promise me you won't ever leave me.

Jacob: I promise, ok? *kisses her forehead* I love you.

Bre: I love you too.

???'s POV

I woke up with a whole bunch of wires attached to me. I looked around and was in a big white room. In fact, I was in a hospital room. The last thing I remember was Zonnique showing up at my apartment. She wanted to help me or something..I felt so lost. The nurse walked in and complete shock covered her face.

Nurse: OH MY GOD!!!! You're awake!! I have to go get the doctor, this is a miracle!

???: Wait what happened to me? How did I get here?

Nurse: You've been sleep for quite some time sir.

???: How long, a couple days?

Nurse: A couple years sir.

???: I've been sleep for years?!?! What the hell happened to me?!

Nurse: You're gonna have to ask the doctor that. No one has looked at your chart in forever. We didn't really expect for you to wake up.

???: Gee thanks.

Nurse: I'm gonna go get the doctor. Is there anything else you need?

???: Yes you can take this damn thing out of my throat.

Nurse: Oh that's your feeding tube. You're gonna wanna be sleep when I do that. *leaves*

What the hell happened to me?
