~Miss. Weasleys' POV~

As I sat in the great hall helping patch everyone up, my face stained with tears for the fallen and my son. I sighed looking up and seeing Minerva surveying the room. I walked over giving her a confused look, while she gave me a small sad smile before handing me a few letters. I looked at them seeing one addressed to Arthur, George, and I, I looked at her holding up the letters.

"What are these for?"

"They're from Hermione, make sure your family gets them."

I nodded my head and she walked away, I sighed looking at the letters before giving Arthur, and George there letter, I went over sitting in an empty chair and opening the letter.

Miss. Weasley,

I know that this may come as a shock to you, but if you're reading this that means that I didn't make it through the war. I want you to know that you were always like my second mom. After my mom passed away it hurt but you made it hurt so much less. For that I'll always be grateful and love you as I loved my own mother. You truly are an amazing woman and I was so blessed and proud that I got to consider you a second mother.

I love you mom, your adopted daughter,

Hermione Jean Granger.

I shook my head as tears streamed down my face and I knew that this was it, I knew that I had lost my second daughter and therefore a piece of me.
