"Wow KP, I can't believe we're going to college together!" Ron said, happily. Kim was hanging out with Ron, and his pet naked mole rat, Rufus, at Bueno Nacho, enjoying a salad, while her boyfriend, and Rufus were choking on two, grande sized naco's.
"I couldn't stand the thought of being far away from you, Ron. Of course I chose the one you got accepted to."
"And it's only in Upperton! I mean, how cool is that?!"
"It's majorly cool." Rufus crawled out of Ron's pockets and rubbed his two front paws together.
"Hmmm! Chu- Heese!" He chattered as he dove into one of the nacos. Kim stirred her salad around with her fork as Ron took a large bite out of his naco. As he chewed he noticed she had a depressed expression.
"Kim? Are you okay?" He asked with his mouth full.
"It's just... I'm so nervous. Semester starts in just a few days. We'll be on our own from here on out." Ron gulped.
"I can't wait! Finally I can do what I want without my parent's telling me to clean my room or something." He said, sitting back and propping his feet on the table. Kim raised an eyebrow at him.
"Riight. I suppose that'll be my job." His eyes popped open and he took his feet off of the table.
"Oh, come on Kim!"
