Dear Louis,

I finished the book. I don't want to spoil anything for you in case you bring yourself to read it as I did, so I'll just tell you what I did upon finishing it.

Slowly, I set it down on my coffee table. My eyes stared out into space, my mind reeling on what I had just read. I wasn't crying. I couldn't. Not at first.

I just sat there for who knows how long, unable to move a muscle. I was just... Done, I guess you could say.

Then came the tears. They overwhelmed me and flooded like a dam. I curled up on the couch and sobbed. I stayed like that for hours, unable to move. I didn't eat any dinner that night, and I didn't go to bed until after one in the morning because I was so busy crying.

If that book was supposed to help, it didn't.

Love,

Harry
