chapter three

i ran as fast as a cheater, Gaara behind me by some distance. we ran and ran together until we were exhausted. Together we were now joined at the hip. we played games like hide and seek, it, snap and many more. 

 I still couldn't touch Gaara as he couldn't stop his sand from blocking me, it stopped us playing games such as tag. once a villager thew a stone at me, cutting my forehead. Unfortunately Gaara couldn't help, he agreed no to hurt others so he couldn't attack the man, you  could tell from the look on his face it took all of his self control to not kill this man who had hurt me his friend. If i had power and somebody else had hurt Gaara i don't know if i could of stopped myself. Gaara had stepped forward to help me but  his sand came rushing forwards, knocking me down the street.  Since then Gaara has been trying to control his sand and has been doing really well! we can now play tag! i win a lot too! i know its only because Gaara has to concentrate on not attacking me but i can still get him and he I.

 We lay on the grass, staring at the sky watching the world pass as by. why did we have to be different? disliked? unloved? At least Gaara had family to speak of, a brother, sister and a farther, I'm jealous in a way but in another way i am grateful, i am unloved because my family is dead, not because i am different. i don't know how or why i am different , just that i am. 

 Too soon Gaara had to leave to attend school, a place i couldn't go even if i was by Gaara's side. The Hokage has said i am not to be trained to be a ninja because i am not from this village and could be a threat in the future. 

I sat down on a near by wall, a month has passed and soon i would have to leave by order of the hukage, he said i cant tell Gaara or he'll kill me. he is going to make me forget Gaara and i really dont know how im going to be able to cope on my own. im not strong or special. im just me. 

The over option is to wipe  Gaaras memories which he said he might do, hell decide when the day comes.
