Dressed to impress

After weeks and weeks of practicing, Viktor can see that Kimiko and Viktoria are ready to make their debut into the figure skating world. "Yuuri, if they're gonna make their debut, they have to look the part and I choreographed different skating programs for each of them." Viktor looked at a photograph of him 3 years old with his mother and father kneeling to his level after winning his very first gold medal that has a visible pink lipstick kiss on it with him and Ivana smiling at the camera with their heart shaped smiles and his father with a warm smile.

"I did it, mama! I won my very first gold medal!" 3 year old Viktor looked so happy when he won his very first youth figure skating competition dressed in a blue prince skating costume. "Vitya, your papa and I are so very proud of you." She gave his gold medal a big kiss leaving a visible pink lipstick stain on it. "You made us very proud, Viktor." Yakov held the camera asking for the young Russian boy and his parents to get together for a picture. "Smile for the camera, Vitya." He gave a big heart shaped smile to the camera when Yakov took the picture.

He smiled at the picture and placed it back to where he found it. "If only they could see me now." He said softly to himself.
"What should the girls wear for their debut?" All Yuuri could find were his own figure skating costumes from his programs that Viktor arranged for him. "Viktor, should we call up someone who can make skating costumes for the girls?"
"I think so and I know just guy for the job."

"I don't believe it, Viktor Nikiforov. You were smaller last time I saw you."
"That's because I was 3 back then, Nikolay." Yuuri walked in with the girls to find Viktor talking with an older man with black hair with visible gray streaks. "Nikolay, this is my husband, Yuuri. Yuuri, meet Nikolay, he been making skating costumes for a very long time and he's the one who made my costumes during my junior days." The Japanese man was at a loss of words. This guy made Viktor's costumes. "It's very nice to meet you, sir. I've always admired Viktor for a pretty long time and he's now my coach." He said blushing a bit. "Look at you, you have Ivana's looks."
"Who's Iva-"
"Nikolay, Yuuri and I adopted two lovely daughters. I want you to meet Kimiko and Viktoria." The girls said hello to the costume designer and he took a look at Kimiko first. "Fine figure, lovely eyes, I know what to design for her. Come with me now." She followed him timidly.

"Yuuri, Nikolay is the best costume designer I've known for a very long time. That Eros costume I gave you, he designed it and for Yurio's Agape, he designed that too." Nikolay came out with a tape ruler draping his shoulders with an accomplished look. "I finished with her costume." He stepped aside to reveal Kimiko looking very beautiful in a blue hued skating dress decorated with silvery sequins wearing a sliver blue circlet crown decorated with blue gems.

"She looks perfect, Nikolay." The Japanese girl moved a lock of black hair behind her ear blushing softly. "She looks like a princess of ice and snow."
"And for Viktoria?" The little girl wore a light purple skating dress decorated with rhinestones wearing an amethyst tiara holding Kimiko's leg.

"Viktor, what do you think?"
"Nikolay, they look perfect and ready to make their debut into the figure skating world."
"For your lovely daughter, I made extra just for her." He said handing him a lovely blue, purple and black hued and rhinestone decorated skating dress. "The sapphire tiara goes perfectly with the dress."

All that is left for them is to sign then up for an upcoming  figure skating competition and they'll be qualified to make this year's Junior Grand Prix Final and win.
