We pulled up to the hospital and got out. We walked hand in hand as we walked to the elevator. It was kinda full so I stood closely in front of D as he put his arms around my shoulders with his chin on my head.
"Are yhu two going to get married, " a little lady with white hair asked as D and I bothed turned our attention to her. She smiled and I smiled bck.
"One day yes ma'am, " D answered with a smile.
"Well I wish yhu to the best yhu sure are a cute couple," she said as the elevator came to a stop.
"Thank yhu. " I said as D and I exited the elevator. I took his hand as he led us down the hall.
The door was open so we just walked in. She was sleeping in so we just sat in a nearby chair. We sat in silence until a white man with blue scrubs came in with a clipboard.
I raised mii head off D's shoulder and watches the man greets us and cheek on grams.
"So do you know what's wrong with mii grams doc, " D asked.
"Uh it's kinda hard to tell but we have a strong feeling that her cancer is spreading threwout her body quicker than expected ."
I could feel darrion's confidence fade as all color from his face slowly disappeared.
"So what does this mean. Can it be cured with kemo, " I asked.
"No. We cannot cure it because it's sprend over her body already so it's starting to eat at the cells that help her navigate. The ones that help her move and speek and do other things. "
"How long. "
"A year at the most and a couple months as in maybe four at the least. "
"Babe," I said as I sat in his lap holding a ps4 controller.
"Wassup Riyah, " he replied. I got out of his lap and put mii controller on the TV stand.
" Look at the positive. She said she feels fine. "
He just got up threw the controller on the bed and walked out. "Please talk to me about it. " I said following him down the stairs.
"Mariyah I don't wanna talk about it. The only person I've got is dying and I can't do anything about it. So what is there to talk about damn," he stopped on the stairs and looked up at me.
"Nit finna argue about this so okay talk to me when yhu ready. "
I pulled into Jazzys driveway and honked the horn. It was 9:45 and I got bored at home. I texted D and asked if he wanted to go out but he didn't reply. I put mii phone in mii lap as jazzy got into the car.
"Hey babes yhu look cute," she said as I turned off the ligt inside the car.
"Thanks yhu to. "
"Hheeelll nawll, " I laughed watching jazzy twerk on me. She laughed and stopped. If yhu can't act gay in public with your bestfriend then y'all ain't bestfriends.

Darrin
I looked at the text from Mariyah and decided not to reply. I threw mii phone in the passenger seat and got out.
"Wassup K mii cousin in there, " I asked as the bouncer gave me dap.
"Yea he in the back, " he said letting me in. I walked to the back of the club and searched for my cousin.
It was alot on my mind right now. I couldn't even focus on mii school work now a days. Everythings just happening at once.
"Can I get yhu some drinks baby, " a tall white girl asked holding a tray.
"Nah I'm straight." I continued to walk to the booth my cousin and his friends was in.
"Wassup lil cuz ain't seen yhu in here Ina minute. "

"Naw mane the doctor said the cancers spreading faster than they thought and she could die Ina couple months, " I said running a hand over my face.

We sat and talked for a while and it felt good just laughin and hanging out with mii cuz. Sometimes family's the only thing you got.
"Hey... Wanna go somewhere, " the girl I figured out her name is Allison whispered in my ear. Her hand was close to my dick so I knew what she ment.

"Okay let's go, " I laughed buckling a drunk Jazzy up. She was so funny when she's drunk.
"If yhu throwup in my brand new car I'll throw you out then run over yhu, " I said driving in the direction of D's house. I pulled up and we got out.
"Look Chris is here, " I said helping Jazzy walk.
"Mmm, " she moaned and I laughed.
I opened the door and walked into the living room.
"Just don't tell her man. Ima tell her when I feel like it, " I heard d say as they continued to play the game.
"Don't tell who what, " I laughed holding jazzy over mii shoulders.
"Nun. Me and Jaz is out. Do whatchu gtta do man," Chris said taking jazzy off my shoulders.
"Who is she, " Jazzy said pointing up the steps.
"I'm Allison but people call me Allie , " she said putting her shoes on.
"Why yhu in mii boyfriends house, " I asked looking from her to him.

"Duh bitch, " Jazzy said.
"Yhu have a girlfriend. And don't call me no bitch hoe, " Allie said walkin up on jazzy.
"Babygirl if I were yhu I'd back up because if yhu two did what I think y'all did I'm already fnna drag yo ass and I'm damn sure ain't finna let yhu walk up on mii bestfriend like that, " I said getting in between her and jazzy.
She was teeped back and croosed her arms over her chest.
"So did yhu fuck her, " I ask turning towards d. He just looked at me. "Silence is not the game yhu wanna play right now Darrion. "
"Yea we fucked whatchu gone do about it. It was good to, " Allie said looking at d. I didn't think twice about what I did next. I slapped tf outta her then evwrything got lose.
Next thing I know Allie was on the floor trnna gaurd her face as I threw punch after punch.
Christian finally stepped in and grabbed me off of her.
"Get the fuck off me Christian, " I said pushing him back. He wouldn't let me go. While D helped Allie off the floor jazzy hit her in the face one good time then they were fightin.
"Im leaving fuck this shit, " I said walking towards the door.
"Bae I'm sorry it just happen, " d said said trnna grab mii arm. "Baby please mane I need yhu. "
"Can yhu move please, " I said trinna open the door but he stood in front of it

"Fine I'll get out another way, " I said turning around only to be pulled back and thrown over his shoulder, " Darrin Alexander Johnson put me down right fucking now. "
"Everybdii get out, " d said opening the front door.
After everybody left d put me down on the stairs and sat down beside me. It was silent for awhile and I really didn't feel like hearing whthe had to say.
"I gotta throw up, " I said getting up and walking to the nearwat batheroom. I heard his footsteps behind me as I tried to close the bathroom door but he stopped it. I just rolled mii eyes and sat down in front of the toilet. He sat on the edge of the tub and held mii hair as I started throwing up.
"Ughh, " I groaned when I finished. D got up and went under the cabnet and grabbed a toothbrush and mouthwash. "Here. " he said handing me the toothbrush. I took it and got up pulling mii hair into a high bun brushing mii teeth.
"Can I have a shirt so I can go to sleep? " I asked once I was done.
"Yea. Come on, " he said and I followed him uo he stairs.
Once we reached his room I stood in the door frame and watched as he grabbed a old gray tshirt and handed it to me. I thanked him and began to walk out of his room.
"Where yhu going. "
"To the guest bedroom, " I said walking down the hall.
"Bae come on the guest bedroom really, " he said standing in the door way watching me.
"Uh yea "bae" the guest bedroom I'm not sleeping in the room that yhu fucked another bitch in so goodnight, " I replied opening the door and closing it behind me.
I grabbed mii phone off the night stand. 2:16 am. I blew a breath and turned it off and layed it on mii chest staring at the ceiling.
"Riyah, " I heard d say opening the door.
"What. "
"I can't sleep without yhu, " he said.
"I don't give a fuck d. Now go to sleep. "
I felt the bed dip next to me causing me to sit up against the wall.
"Mariyah I made a mistake I know. If yhu would let me talk id tell yhu what really happen, but yhu being stubburn as hell. Trnna pop bitches nn shit, " he said.
"I'm being stubburn. How I'm being stubburn Darrion. And I poped tha bitch because I felt like it. "
"But ain sleep with her tho. She just gave me head. Chris walked in before anything else happened I promise yhu thats the truth. "
"Why yein say shit before I beat the shit outta tha hoe. Nn how I know yein lien cause at this point I don't trust yhu at all. This is the second time some shit like this done happen.
