Chapter 6

I wake up to someone shaking my body. I swat their hand away but they don't stop.

"Chaejin-ah," Chanyeol says in his sleepy voice. "It happened again. This time to Suho."

I sit up and rub my eyes. "What happened?"

"I saw a water drop fall and went to catch it in the palm of my hand but it stopped about five centimeters away from my hand. It then started to change into whatever I thought of and followed my hand," Suho says, walking into the room with a cup of coffee.

"Show me." I sigh.

"I don't have water."

Baekhyun, Chen, and Sehun smirk at each other, making my eyes widen. "No. Whatever you guys are thinking, n-"

I get cut off as they all disappear then reappear with three bottles of water. Each one opens it and throws the water out of it towards Suho. Suho circles his arms in a half circle, stopping the water in mid air then throwing it at the three boys.

I sigh and lay back down, laying on my stomach instead, to cover up my head.

"Chaejin-ah." Chanyeol says, sleepily. "I have to get to work. You have to wake up."

"No." I muffle out, keeping my head on the couch.

"Yes." He sighs.

"Don't worry, Chanyeol. When she wakes up, we will go." Suho says.

"She doesn't have a key and I don't have a spare."

"We will drop off your key at your restaurant." D.O states.

Chanyeol sighs then I hear keys jingling. "Here. I have to go. Bye." The door shuts and so do my eyes.

"Chaejin-ah." Baekhyun shakes me awake.

"Byun Baekhyun," D.O yells. "We turn our heads for one second and you're causing mischeif!"

"Chaejin-ah," Kai says softly. "Go back to sleep."

"Ouch! Hey! D.O! STOP!" Baekhyun yells.

"Do Kyungsoo. Stop." I say with my eyes closed. "Byun Baekhyun, stand facing D.O. All other guards here, line up behind D.O. Two smacks with two fingers on Baekhyun's left wrist."

Baekhyun starts whining and groaning, "Why Chaejin-ah."

"Would you like four from each guard instead?" I smirk.

"No, no, no. That's okay. I'm good."

"That's what I thought."

I sit up with my eyes still closed, listening to the smacking sound of each guard hitting Baekhyun's arm and Baekhyun hissing in pain. Once it stops and the room grows silent, I open one eye. Kai sees that my one eye was open first and smiles.

"Good morning." Kai whispers then comes to sit beside me.

I close my eye again, smile and lay my head on his shoulder as his arm wraps around my waist and his hand is placed on my hip.

"Why is it that you're more mature than most of your seniors?" I ask in a hushed voice.

"I'm not sure." He whispers and smiles.

"Is she back asleep, Kai?" Suho asks.

"Yeah, she is but I have to get to work." Kai sighs and runs a hand through his hair.

"Can you pick her up then sit her back down?" Suho asks.

I smile and open my right eye. "Go ahead, Kai. We have to go anyway since I'm awake."

"God, you scared me, Chaejin-ah." Suho gasps and whispers.

I giggle and open my other eye. I lift my head and Kai stands up, kissing my forehead. He soon leaves.

The thing about Kai is that he is like my brother. When we were younger, he had admitted to loving me and loved how I had a big imagination and how I cared about everything. I told him that I couldn't date him at all. A couple years later, the day I ran away, was the day my father told me he had arranged a marriage for me. Kai was standing right there when my father delivered this news. Kai was the first to chase after me. He called all the other guards and chased me all the way to the ships. Exo-K came after me first, then Exo-M after hearing the news.

Anyways, Suho came over and sat beside me.

"You okay?" Suho asks, moving a piece of hair out of my face.

I nod with a smile on my face.

"You still have your tiaras?" He smiles.

Yes, plural. I have two. One is fancy for balls and royal meetings. It's red with many gems. The other one is silver and is more for everyday use. It sits more on the forehead than in the hair.

"Yeah. I always carry them with."

"Well then, princess, put one on. We are going shopping." He smiles.

I grab my silver tiara and go to put it on until I realized I was still in my clothing from yesterday.

"Don't worry, Princess. I went out and bought you one outfit last night." Baekhyun smiles and hands me a gift bag.

I open the bag and look inside. I pull out a pastel pink skirt and a white t-shirt that has grey print on it, making a picture. There are a pair of pastel pink shoes, also, and a white baseball cap.

"Thank you Baekhyun." I smile at him then go get changed, leaving the hat off and keeping my tiara on.

I walk out and go over to Suho. I pick up his left hand and look on the back of it where I notice something on it. I look closely at it and see a wierd looking water drop drawn in black.

"How'd that get there?" Suho looks at me.

I shrug. "From the looks of it, when you all get powers, it shows what your power is. And where it's located must show your status since both, you and Kris have your symbols in the same place."

Suho nods. "Yeah. Let's just ignore it for now and go shopping."

"Wait, I have to call someone. Can they come with?"

"As long as they know how to shop."

I giggle and pull out my phone, calling Tao.

"Hello?"

"You at work?"

"No. Today is my day off."

"Good. Get ready. Suho and I are going shopping with or without you."

I hear what sounds like drawers getting pulled out then running.

"I'm on my way," He says before hanging up.

I start laughing, "He will be here any time."

Suho smiles as I laugh at Tao's childish act.
