(Lauren's POV)
I leaned on the kitchen counter watching as y/n spoke with her so-called father. I could tell there she is try so hard to keep their conversation civil and she's trying not to blow up and I'm so proud of her.
" she's very happy with you." I look beside me and so Stella who Stood Beside Me also looking at her daughter. I smiled and third my games back to the beauty in front.
"Well, she also makes me very happy." Stella faced me then smile.
"Yeah, I could tell... Y/n has never been the most sociable person. She hates having very long converstions and going to parties. She was always serious and always so concentrated on things even if it doesn't involve her. It's the first time I had seen her this happy. Thank you Lauren." I couldn't help but smile.
"No problem Stella, honestly, she also makes me very happy so it's kind of a win-win situation." We both looked back at y/n who was glaring at the poor man with her fist balled up. "Um... Do you thing we should go there before y/n does something she'll regret?" The woman beside me hummed before shaking her head.
"I honestly wanna see when y/n will do, and if she punches him in the face I would be okay with it cause honestly that jerk deserved it." I chuckled and shook my head. Like mother like daighter I guess. I looked back up at y/n and saw her already looking at me. I gave her an encouraging smile and a thumbs up. She gave me a slight smile before walkimg towards us. "I guess their talk is done." Once y/n was in front of me, she held my hand and gave me a tired smile.
'You akay there baby?" She nodded her head and nuzzled her head between my neck. The I saw Kyle approach us with a frown. I guess it did not work out the way he hoped it would.
"Y/n please."
"Leave Kyle please, for theblove af all things living, just leave and never come back please. Im tired." I ran my hand through her hair, my other hand placed on her waist lightly while her head still rested on my shoulder and her hand wrapped around my waist to keep me closer. I heard Kyle sigh before nodding. He faced Stella and gave her a slight smile.
"Okay then, I'll see you around Stella."
"You won't be seeing her around ever cause Im gonna keep her far away from you as much as possible and I swear Im gonna do that as long as I live." He sighed again after hearing y/n said.
"I guess I'll just leave then."
"Good." I lightly smacked her waist while chuckling lightly. "What?"
"Be good y/n." She groaned and just stayed in our position while slightly swaying side to side. Once Kyle and his family left, me and y/n went up to her room to sleep cause we were tired due to recent events. I layed on the bed while y/n layed on the mattress on the floor.
"Night Lo."
"Goodnight y/n."
I closed the lamp beside me and drifted off in to deep slumber.
