LOUIS'S POV

I knocked on the door but I didn't get an answer. Instead I heard music..?

We all walked in her room and saw that she had her ihome turned up all the way with Liam's voice from 'Does he know' blasting through the speakers.

She didn't see us because her back was to us. we watched in amazement as she rocked her hips and grinded in the air to now Zayns' voice.

"Where the hell did you learn to dance like that?" I shouted when I finally had enough of the boys gawking at her.

She turned around and looked at us wide eyed.

ALEX'S POV

"How long have you been standing there?!" I shrieked shocked and embarrassed. Nobody has ever seen me dance. Not even my used to be friends.

I learned to dance after the boys left. It's how I lost all the weight. I taught myself after I watched some videos online. lame right.

I look to the boys angrily.

"Awhile actually" Niall smirks at me and I look at him uneasy.

"Uhhhh ok and the answer is after you guys left for tour"

"Why?" Zayn asks

"Um because it's how I lost all the weight" I look down embarrassed.

I feel two fingers under my chin and I look up to see Lou's eyes staring into mine

"There is absolutely NOTHING to be ashamed or embarrassed about. You grew up to be a strong beautiful girl and I am so proud of you for it. You are not allowed to be embarrassed because you did a wonderful thing Alex, you stayed strong and found a way to cope. Instead of cutting or starving yourself you used dance am I right?"

I slowly nodded still gazing into my brothers blue orbs.

"Alex I don't know what I would do if you cut yourself. I am so proud of who you have become. Don't ever forget that ok?" Louis says with tears pricking at the corners of his eyes making some well in mine.

"Yes Lou" I state and he pulls me into a bone crushing hug.

"GROUP HUG"
the boys shout in unison before then crush us with their strong arms.

I'm glad their home because honestly I couldn't feel safer or happier with them around. And that's just the way I like it.
