The next morning, Taeyong woke up early and went to Hobak's door.
"It's 6:47 .. she can't be awake right now..." he mutters checking his watch.
He sat on the little bench outside her door and the window behind him made a BANG sound.
Startled, he look to see an older man showing resemblance with Hobak.
"Oi! The young man from yesterday." Taeyong bowed at the man.
"Good morning, I'm Taeyong your next door neighbor, I was hoping to take your daughter to school."
"She's already there." The old man says,
"No way—" Taeyong stops and caught a glimpse of Hobak walking sleepily to another room.
Taeyong scratched his neck awkwardly and nodded.
"Okay, I understand sir, goodbye."
Taeyong mischievously walked away and sat down behind a fence.
It took 20 minutes and Taeyong was worried.
Getting up, he bumped into Hobak.
"WHAT IN TARNATION?!" She holds her chest.
"What the — TAEYONG!" She slaps him.
"I was trying to be a humanitarian and walk you to school, but apparently you love to be late?" Taeyong sasses.
"Maybe you should go back to your own routine and just leave me alone?" Hobak throws back.
Taeyong opened his mouth but quickly closed it.
She's walking with me anyways...
Taeyong only smiled at his thought.
"So the exams are coming up.." Hobak says.
"Yes, they're coming up Hobak." He awkwardly adds into the conversation.
"No— I'm talking to myself." She speeds her pace.

"So," Taeyong kicks around at the bushes as they walk.
"the little carnival thing is coming up." He pops his mouth and checks her reaction.
Hobak was just trapped in her thoughts with her brows scrunched.
"Hobak." Taeyong taps her shoulder.
"What? The carnival thingy? How can I? My exams! My fun! My partner! What?" Hobak stressed.
"Dude, exams are later, have fun!" He laughs at her actions, but he saw her frown.
"Hobak, I don't get why you're stressing, you're smart."
Taeyong widened his eyes,
"Okay, I'm gonna break out in a race if you keep walking slow like this." He huffs.
"Go ahead." She shooed him, "I figured you don't want to ruin your attendance."
"Bro—" he grabbed her hand and ran to meet the school 3 minutes before the bell.
"Thank me later." He walks away.
"We're in the same class, where are you going?"
When Hobak walked in, she saw dim lights, "If this is a scary act, stop now."
As Hobak backed away, the lights shined at her.
"Hobak is the main actress as Sipun, and she will reveal her vocals on stage today as a class gift." The teacher says.
Hobak stood nervously where she was at, "Um, on stage? Not right here?"
"On stage Hobak, now hurry up please." The teacher said monotonously.
Hobak couldn't really distinguish anyone's face, since it was so dark.
But what song should she sing?
Exo it is...
Hobak sang till the first chorus and bowed down.
A bunch of people laughed at her song choice, but she still earned claps.
"Very nice, luckily you came on time, because the role was going to be given away, but I like your ambitions today Hobak." The teacher says.
Hobak breathed unevenly and Jaehyun came to pat her back.
"B e a u t i f u l ~" he emphasizes each letter, "This is probably gonna be the best musical because you can really sing."
"There you go flattering me again, you know Yoonoh, you're a very kind guy." Hobak turns to Jaehyun.
"Yoonoh? You're going to call me that?" He laughs.
"Do you not like that name?" Hobak asks cautiously.
"I don't," he still smiles but a the ground instead, "but I'll let you call me that."
Then he transitioned his eyes beautifully to hers after he said that.
"Well gosh." Hobak swarms in his charm.
"I don't like to be called that bec—" "Oh Jaehyun, I'll be back in a bit, I have to go talk to someone about something important!" Hobak cuts his words.
Hobak went to Taeyong who was just leaning on a wall, perching with his eyes and stuff.
"Taeyong." She waved her hand in front of his eyes.
"Yeah?" He still looks away while talking, "Seems like you're in a trance, but thanks." She walks away.
But his hand touched her wrist, "You're welcome." He looks at her finally.
"Make sure this," Hobak gets ahold of his hand, "doesn't become a bad habit." and she lifts his hand off hers.
As Hobak walked away she saw Taeyong smirk at her act.
The teacher came running to Hobak and began to instruct her alone, and basically gave Hobak her script.
When Hobak was going to return to Jaehyun, she saw both Jaehyun and Taeyong talking together.
"Oh yeah, they're friends." She comments from the visual presentation.
Hobak squinted her eyes and saw them have angered faces, but Taeyong was the first to laugh and slap Jaehyun.
